beautiful wood and a lot of work goes into your turkey calls. I hope you sell many of them.
Thanks for watching and commenting Lelia. They should go faster after I get used to what I'm doing lol
What is the orangish colored thing you were fitting in the call? Where are they available? What kind of wood should I use? What is it finished with? How dud the round holes come from and what are their size and number?
Thank you so much for the comment and questions. The orange colored piece is the cedar wood sound board. The sound board gives the call it's unique sound. Change the material of the sound board, change the calls sound.
The finish is sanding sealer, then Ack's wood paste. You can contact me here on on my Instagram account if you'd like to pick one up.
Just made a few of those myself for a friend, Great work David, yours are nicer.!!
Thanks Tom, I can only hope they will call a turkey. I'm sure yours are proven.
Another great Turkey call David.
I don't understand the message that flashed up at the end though.
Take care my friend.
Cheers, Huw
Thanks Huw. It's explained in the description of the video also. To see the end of the turkey call, watch my video #28, called Peed in my cornflakes. You'll see the finished call.
