This is my favourite fight in the series so far. The focus on hand-to-hand, the choreography, the homages to martial arts movies, the music, the lighting. Even how Choso was still able to incorporate his technique in multiple different ways. Amazing fight, and it's the reason Choso became my favourite character in terms of fighting style.
This fight has grown on me. The first time I saw it, it was pretty cool, but for some reason I didn't think it was amazing, but the more I see it, it's becoming one of my favorites. It's got so much style and different POV's and the close up fighting in the restroom is so cool. It's not the most crazy or destructive fight of the season, but it's so cool to watch!

Bringing back the cold play song from the fight between the 2 other brothers for this one is such a nice touch. Its subtly different though because its not the lyrical version which normally is what heroes get as they have their climatic moment, it wasn't playing for Yuji, it was playing for Choso.
@@shivam6113 nope he is right since choso is a half human half curse he can make blood from his cursed energy explained in the beginning of the following arc after shibuya in the manga. also this is from the wiki Blood Conversion: Choso's constitution as a Death Painting Womb allows him to convert his cursed energy into blood. So while he won't run out of blood if he runs out of cursed energy it's akin to losing access to blood cause he wont have the energy to produce it.

Watching this I'm consistently amazed how well you 2 not only keep up with all the info and nuances but the predictions are often on point as well. These 2 have like a legit 500 IQ, are we sure they aren't Todo's children? 🤔

Best fight of the series so far full stop. That upcoming fight is just an amalgamation of "scale" ideas seemingly thrown together at random and unfortunately suffers some let's say, less than ideal animation at best even on blue ray imo. Not that it's the animation teams fault that they've heartless management but it's still a noticeable drop in quality, thus this fight easily gets my vote.
I wasn't expecting Choso to go toe to toe in close combat with Yuji at first and after this episode I was surprised and aslo happy to see such a beautiful hand to hand combat and the music with that ohh my God. The fight music in this show is on whole other level. This show is my favourite after One piece.
This is in my top 5 fights in all of shonen anime. I love that this ep can be shown out of context too: I showed this to some family members and they immediately had to start the series from the beginning
I would be surprised if you guys cracked choso's memory scene. You two are absolutely skillful at cracking anime's plot line. But even with that I believe you wouldn't cracked this one. This eps left many people confused and questioning too.
i think, when the blood mixed, choso saw him as a blood relative and his mind created false memories to legitimize this weird thing to engrain this thought of brotherhood into him.
I just really like how Yuji will just tank the pain and fight through it , and they clearly show that he totally feels how much pain he is in but just refuses to give up , grit his teeth and fight through it. It's really cool because most anime I feel like they will take a crazy amount of damage and fight on and be seemingly unaffected by any of the damage
