The lady beautifully harmonizing with him is his wife. They've been married for some time now and compliment each other very well both vocally and it appears relationship wise. It's cool to see a spouse being involved in their partners successes.

Chris is a rare talent in that his live stuff is somehow better than the studio version no matter what song it is. If you want to see Chris really show off that voice check out his cover of "Man's World" by James Brown, he shows off there. If you want a flawless performance on every level check out him doing his song "Cold" on the CMA awards, if you want a beautiful, powerful love song I think his newest one "It takes a woman" is amazing and the lyrics he wrote in it are amazing. Chris is a special talent!

I don't know and have never met Chris, but my wife and a few friends went to high school with him and we live in his hometown of Paintsville Ky. I've never heard a single bad word about him from anyone ever. he seems to be as genuinely as good person as he is a singer & performer
