@@ruskibot7745 at least make the matchup believeable. Personally I'd pit the TAs against Titans from titanfall. Similar height and comparable weapons, and similar unit deployment doctrine (i.e. always in pairs and rarely without mobile infantry support) being the main reasons.
No military would do a low altitude parachute extraction so close to combat. A single hand-held SAM would of blew that multi-million dollar strategic airlift out of the sky along with that fancy mech.
Why didn't the apc's use their main weapons (20-30mm maybe) on them I think there damage would be better then the coaxial. exspecialy with armor piercing or high exsplosive, maybe incindiary?

It would also stand to reason that an industrialized military would put in effort to develop "mech killer" units for that purpose.

Belgistan wouldn't have dedicated mech-killer units since they didn't know the enemy would have TAs. They just knew that Symbol was supplying them with TAs (or Symbol was operating TAs in their defense, I don't recall).

主人公の年齢は共感を得るため想定視聴者に合わせるものだが、しかし十代を軍用機の操縦員にするには何か偶然や特殊能力など理由が無いといけないので難しい。
初話で軍人全滅したり、大人とはぐれたり、オーラが強かったり、搭乗員がロックされちゃったり、理由付けも大変。
