Sunday morning, the sun is shining, got my oj & toast & Dan's fishing 🎣 slab of slime & some barbel, I call that a win.
I must get out & do some, but time is just whizzing past. Won't be long before the pike season starts 🐊
@@richpeas1924 thanks Rich there's still time for a barbel or 2 mate but yeah soon be pike time. Can't wait for a big croc in my net!
Every Sunday needs Dan going outdoors. Good angling sir!
@@robwilshaw3291 cheers Rob mate thanks for watching
Enjoyed that Dan, have you tried longer hooklengths? The barbel maybe wary of a shorter hooklength.
@@colt5618 cheers Colin just gave it a go and did get one and the longer hook link but still caught on the usual. Who knows hey
Nice one dan, decent session, not been out myself for ages life has got in the way this season so roll on the pike ...
@@parklandpiker same here, just can't find the time to go, seems the older i get the less time I have, shouldn't be like that, surely 🤔
@@parklandpiker cheers Ian can't wait to see you catching some big yorkshire crocs!
Nice one Dan a bit of good Sunday morning viewing 👍🏻🦈
@@paulrichards2350 cheers Paul thanks for watching mate
Great video Dan. Looking forward to seeing some pike videos come the Autumn.
@@DrG_T thanks mate yeah I'm already picking out spots as I go around thinking if it will be a good pike spot
Most enjoyable video 👍 And Credit to your angling skills 👍
@@barbelking3517 that's kind of you thanks for watching
Dan great video bud . More rewarding to get the barbel from smaller n less well known rivers. Don't get me wrong the Trent n Thames are unbelievable and hold massive fish . Been having a few doubles from my local river Colne down here in West London so definitely feel your enthusiasm when u have em in Yorkshire
@@MichaelLutt absolutely mate I still think of barbel in Yorkshire as some of the rarest fish so I'm always surprised when they come out.
Good going down in London. Thanks for watching
Love it there but the next stretch down on the other bank is better
@@chewbonker yeah people keep telling me that but what about all those cows! 🤣
@@dangoesoutdoors897 I don’t have a problem I had nine last time I went
Excellent stuff 😁🎣👌
@@stephenbrooks1337 thanks for watching Stephen
@@dangoesoutdoors897 no chore brother keep em coming 😂🎣👍🏻
Understanding where you're coming from using the same rods for carp, pike, barbel. Fish don't have a clue what rods you're using. I use the same set of rods too. The simpler you keep fishing, the more you're likely to go and enjoy yourself.
@@Accyboom exactly mate I get so fed up with hearing that you need specific rods for a species, it's all about how you use it. Also they cost money and it doesn't grow on trees!
Thanks for watching mate
: )
Where is this please?
Great video Dan. What stretch are you fishing there ?
