Hey Everyone,
In today's video, we're adding more carbon to Dan's completely changed F32 4 series BMW! This car started as an alpine white base 428, but with the wrap and all the new carbon, this car looks insane!
As you'll see in the video, installing a new carbon hood is a piece of cake and doesn't take very long to do. Lastly, the F32 4 series and F30 3 series share the same hoods, so they are interchangeable.

That looks fantastic. I liked the advice on adjusting the fenders to get the gaps right.

What are the name of side skirts on that 428i? And is there picture from the rear of that car, i would like to see a spoiler and rear bumper side extencions on that 428
So hope you see this but do you not need the heat protection cover on the carbon fiber one like the original hood has or is the hood good to go as is? Thank you this video was extremely helpful!

I just got a carbon fiber hood for my car but I hear that i need pins to install. I seen how you install it and there's no pins by the grill. Do i need pins or not?

Can you also love the sound insulation over from the old hood? Also, the driving hood for the f32 says it needs hood pins?!? But this one did not??

Suren Kostanian he took it off because carbon fiber weighs much less than the OEM one. And it would be hard to close it because the shocks would want to keep it up. So you’d have to use extra force which could end up cracking/breaking the carbon fiber
You remove one of the struts because it's to much pressure for the carbon hood. With two struts you risk to breack the carbon when you close
So do you put the other hood shock back on??? Or you lust leave one on.
Just leave one on.
