Vigano is rejecting Vatican 2 council which means he believes all bishops, priest, ordained under it are not valid which means all marriages, and sacraments, would be invalid in his view. Would you agree with that?

That last example wasn't completely valid. As a sophomore in high school, at the age of 15, our coaches received playcalling from the booth up in the stands. It was the varsity defensive coordinator (calling offensive plays), so that he could gain knowledge for the varsity game that was after ours. It was obvious we were an experiment and not out there to try win the game or get better. A captain came up to me and asked why I gave up out there (as we got blown out.) I knew I gave everything I had out there, but I knew the coaches didn't, so I told the captain that I didn't give up, but the coaches gave up on us with their playcalling. Some of the coaches didn't take it well, but the head coach realized I was valid and the next week asked the players at halftime what plays we should run based on what we were seeing on the field. That captain said the exact same things to the coach that I told him the week before.

The Pope is totally immoral to think homosexuality should be legitimized in every nation. God will never support such a completely corrupt and blatantly sinfully organization. Like returning to the traditions which were in the mother church before the 2nd vatican council. It is the traditional movement within the church, and the movement has strong and valid points, I support the core believes. However, things should be done in an official manner, not slinging mud at each other in public forum. But Bishop Vigano had some issues in the past as well, so there is that aspect as well.

We are all expected not to be cafeteria Catholics and accept the teachings of the church, but a Bishop can do whatever he wants motivated by his pride. As a church going Catholic, I admit I didn't know what heresy and schism were. So I looked it up. And then I recently came across 1 Corinthians 1:10. I also know that what the media says what our Pope has said is different from what the Pope actually said; every single time.

What ecumenical council? The last legitimate ecumenical council was held in 787 before Rome became schism. The case of bishop vigano is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems with the teaching of papal infallibility. I pray for bishop vigano to come home to the holy orthodox church.

I think Archbishop Viganò has made some strong claims, it will be difficult to defend them in Court. Such a trial would be a trial of Pope Francis’ attitude at the time of his coronation as is a marriage annulment trial.

In it, the author Luis F. Card. Ladaria, S.I. states that it is impossible for priests to bless a same-sex union, however it is possible for them to bless the people in those situations.
The declaration Fiducia Supplicans is clarifying that we are all sinners, and thus the only people on earth who recieve blessings are sinners, so why should people in these situations be treated differently. It also clarifies that people who ask for these blessings ought to do so out of a willingness to submit to Gods will, not their own. It also states that these blessings should not be defined liturgically so as not to be confused with marital blessings. (See section III, Fiducia Supplicans).
Another Apostolic Exhortation to read would be Amoris Laetitia, which covers many of the same topics.
Many Catholics need to understand the difference between pastoral care and the established church doctrine. Pope Francis seems, at least to me, to be putting an extraordinary amount of effort towards making the church welcoming to as many people as he can. Many ultra-conservatives see this as liberalism and attempts to change doctrine, forgetting that it is litterally impossible for anyone to do that.
