That's the same thing that happened to me, they backfilled when the house was built and a rock was right on top of the pipe and caused the leak. I'm glad it only cost me 600 00 to fix.

Would you consider posting a video on how to update BrickSync. I am getting color errors. I tried to follow the instructions on github but was not having any luck.
Gotta buy the seald 36 pack minifig box.
I get those packs cheaper than the sealed boxes. So I'll take my chances on not getting all of them.
