great video lads, only thing i think you could've mentioned was eye dominance in the drawback section, eye dominance is super important as its your main source of aim, and simply changing where you drawback based on eye dominance can have a massive effect on how accurate your aim is mixed with being able to throw a dart straight

It’s something I really am Trying to deal with currently, at home I can play at a decent level but can rarely bring it to the local league, I was planning on doing some ADC This year but want to get over this nerve thing first as i put so much pressure on my self
Nerves are a massive thing in the sport. The more of the adcs you go to, the more you’ll get use to them, and the nerves will slow down. ADC is a great starting point for that. Just have to not worry too much about the results, and that will relieve the pressure 💪🐂🎯
Great video with an abundance of information! I just wish there were chapters, not sure the logistics of that. Also, what about the new Target TOR board, lots say it's the best out there and currently much cheaper than the Triple core.
What a great video! I’ve been playing since 2017 and I still learnt a lot watching this. I struggle the most at darts with nerves, I do believe trying out the adc last year against some exceptional male darts players made my nerves worse 😂
Great to know that there’s still value in this guide, even for non beginners. And yeah can be intimidating seeing great players at adcs, but lucky it’s offset with the standard also being lower for the other players there. Good to play against all standards 💪🐂🎯
Yeah definitely is. We still would advise the single core. But wouldn’t turn people away from trying different boards. Blade 6 is the board you will most like play on in competitions, so it’s good to practice on what you will play on. But good to try different equipment 💪🐂🎯

great insights boys.. keen for more on this tutorial series.. btw i just realised today 4-5 months back unknowingly i screen recorded Dan’s luke loadout darts shorts on his channel to mimic the release and i never use to extend the arm but eventually after days of pain finally started extending… but how do you follow the first treble?? i am able to hit first but can’t follow.. but on some days just little tweak in pressure from certain fingers on the grip and angle they group beautifully which i cant produce naturally.. may be in few months eventually .. but a lot my questions were answered here.. so cheers guys love your content !! and yes when i play with my mates hitting a t20 is difficult.. i can’t imagine playing in a tournament 😂

I’ve been playing for just under a year now, and have bad anxiety, but this year I really wanna get out and start playing some darts comps or leagues in my area, if there is any 😅 I live Whitehaven in Cumbria, hopefully I can find something, and start competing soon 🤞🏻
Yeah definitely get out there and start playing. Everyone who plays darts now has had to play in a comp for the first time. Everyone has to go through nerves even at the top level. But ADCs are a great way to get out there. All levels can play in it, and everyone in it are welcoming and will be more than happy to help you and give advice. Let us know how you get on mate 💪🐂🎯
Great content and advice Viewer tip though, maybe rethink the structure as it was a bit all over the place with choosing a dart then board and light then stems and cases etc, i think it would have been better darts, accessories, cases, board, lights, stands
That could be elbow positioning to the board as well as other things. But best to just aim high above the treble. So rather than aiming for the treble, actually aim for the 20 above. And nerves, pressure or arm fatigue during a match, will help the dart drop, and will often drop into the treble 💪🐂🎯
Great video but have to disagree about best boards, have to go with the Target Tor board over the Blade 6 TC, I'd say the blade 6 DC is better than the TC but I guess it's all subjective, keep up the top videos👍🏻
The target for is a decent board no doubt. But it’s no where near the triple core. But especially for a beginner the price to quality ratio of the single core is the best out there. And most places you will play competitive will be using a blade 6, so it’s good to practice on what you’ll be playing on. But you are correct it is subjective 🐂🎯

Hello mate !, yes my mat is stuck onto a home made wooden oche you may have seen on my tik tok a while back. The mat itself is just a flat mat. Once spray glued on the top of my pre existing oche, it gave me a nice soft raised section to put my foot against 🎯
The goat ever score is a solid choice, but in our opinion for the price and quality of the board B6 SC is the best, as it will last a long time. And also is the board you will most likely come across in local competitions. So is good to practice of what you’ll be playing on 💪🐂🎯

i use Target Nathan Aspinall 80% Black Swiss Point whit short k flex nr2 blue or its nr6 but i going to switch to Red Dragon Jonny Clayton Hiraeth 90% or Target Phil Taylor Power 8ZERO Black Titanium S2 80%
May be because you’re using too much shoulder possibly. Just focus on throwing your arm all the way out, using mainly your elbow while keeping it straight to the board. and practice on doing it consistently until it’s something you don’t even think about. A lot of stuff like that can also be because of nerves aswell 🐂🎯
We didn’t really recommend either, was just a case of showing the options. However, if you’re a complete beginner, wouldn’t suggest getting stuff that is too expensive anyway. Best to start with the budget stuff when just starting out. Then branching out trying that stuff 💪🐂🎯

Exactly. It’s a sport you can’t get good at over night. Practicing and putting in the hours, is the biggest thing that needs doing first 💪🐂🎯

With the winmau clear PVC oche and the dart stand where do you lay the oche to make sure you're standing regulation distance?
It’s best to measure from the bull to the floor should be 9ft 7in 3/8 or 2.93m. Then pull the clear zone up to that line on the floor 🐂🎯

He uses custom ones made by red dragon. Unfortunately they aren’t in the market. We were lucky to pick them up when last at the hq 💪🐂🎯

@Bullhitters Quick question for you DC, I'm just looking at the luke littler oche mat on the target website and was wondering how you modified it to have it raised, as on the site it's simply just a flat mat.
Hello mate !, yes my mat is stuck onto a home made wooden oche you may have seen on my tik tok a while back.
The mat itself is just a flat mat. Once spray glued on the top of my pre existing oche, it gave me a nice soft raised section to put my foot against 🎯

Is the goat everscore board better than the blade 6 single core?
The goat ever score is a solid choice, but in our opinion for the price and quality of the board B6 SC is the best, as it will last a long time. And also is the board you will most likely come across in local competitions. So is good to practice of what you’ll be playing on 💪🐂🎯

We do have both. But Dan and Ollie mainly use the Omni 🐂🎯

i use Target Nathan Aspinall 80% Black Swiss Point whit short k flex nr2 blue or its nr6 but i going to switch to Red Dragon Jonny Clayton Hiraeth 90% or Target Phil Taylor Power 8ZERO Black Titanium S2 80%

If you’re referring to the black battered dart with the pink and silver elements on it. That is the keegan brown dart from Red Dragon 👍🏻
I’m struggling with snatching or dragging the dart
May be because you’re using too much shoulder possibly. Just focus on throwing your arm all the way out, using mainly your elbow while keeping it straight to the board. and practice on doing it consistently until it’s something you don’t even think about. A lot of stuff like that can also be because of nerves aswell 🐂🎯

Yeah it will with the round wire web. However as it’s more of a fun board, it’s not too big of an issue 🐂🎯
Its hard pressed to not suggest swiss points and all in one molded flights
We didn’t really recommend either, was just a case of showing the options. However, if you’re a complete beginner, wouldn’t suggest getting stuff that is too expensive anyway. Best to start with the budget stuff when just starting out. Then branching out trying that stuff 💪🐂🎯
