I went to Jordan's channel to check him out, and although I was not as interested in his content as this channel's, he has a most radical beard. (Also keep up the GH vids. Love 'em)
Hahaha. Yeah, his beard is amazing. I think he is the "synth player" (i dont know what to call this man) of Dream Theater and Liquid Tension Experiment. He is a beast.
Costin has good influences. I feel like I'm watching something co-produced by Yes and Mastodon, directed by Ralph Bakshi and Rene Laloux. It's just glorious, man.
It made me cry!!! it’s been a long time since I felt this kind of pleasure listening a piece of art like this, thank you An Endless Sporadic!!! For your exquisite gift to humanity
I heard this band on Tony Hawk before Guitar Hero, lol. Love them since. I think the then drummer was a developer on both games, that's why it was featured.
Thomas J Sieger Yeah, I've been a fan of Grant's work for a long time, since like 2004 or so. He's come a long way with his music and I'm glad to see he's still as busy as ever creating new stuff. Non-Metroid Metal music mostly, but still... there's only so much he can do, if you think about it.
The story of the aliens and depictions of them seem more accurate than scientists' today. And creating a story with such characters must have taken IMMENSE creativity! It pulls at my curiosity and imagination with its haunting depictions!
So, in this story, what happens to the first child alien astronaut after he crashes on the rock aliens planet? they heal him and he becomes the more earth/human like astronaut in the end, or he becomes a portal on that giant rock in the end and he then teleports the two beings in the end of the story to our planet earth?
I've seen this animation several times and, as you, still don't get the meaning of the story. As far as I know the main ghost alike character lives in a Planet with his parents? And he begins a journey through the space. He crashed his spaceship with an asteroid and he lands in this sterile planet made of stone. Two rock beings save him, and put him on some kind of regenerative chamber... And then he resurrects as a astronaut which is a mix of ghost and stone... And with that, life restarts on Stone Planet (the tree being coloured with green)And finally opens a portal that connects to te Earth...?
@@AerisVelivolus i did not pay attention to that, indeed after they heal him in that regenerative chamber the rock planet grows with life again, very good point, and he indeeds ressurects as a mix of the stone aliens and the ghost like aliens, but it seems that in the process when they put him in the chamber he somehow gave some essence of his life to the rock planet? and this was how they're able to open the portal?, anyway, good observations! maybe someone else in the future will see this comment and add their observations as well, or someone who has contact to the video director.
Theory: the space man is Zack Kamins and the black and white dot man is Andy Gentle, and the ending shows how these musical higher beings managed to land on Earth.
Sure did, and how about that ALBUM though? Finding the Falls is easily my favorite right next to Sky Run. Departure and Galactic Tactic follow closely. Impulse II is in it's own category for me but finishes off the album very nicely.
Like Magic Machine with a hint of Spaceship Factory (Mostly the acoustic at the beginning), and a light mixture of Galactic Tactic, The Assembly, and the flute from either Impulse. A little of everything!
Ameliorate was indeed a fantastic album. I really see where you're coming from, but I have a deep appreciation for killer keyboard work too, even if effects can sound cheesy from time to time haha. I feel like a lot of Ameliorate's particular style still persists though, and the added space flavor just expands my enjoyment personally. There's some MONSTER songs on the new album though, but they do tread similar ground style-wise as this track. OH, also, Impulse II.
if they would have fleshed this single song out and expanded on all its motifs throughout the entire album, it would have been close to what they did with the self-titled. The rest of the album is meh.

An Endless Sporadic AND Jordan Rudess? Simply amazing.
and you express me succinctly, 5 button sir
I went to Jordan's channel to check him out, and although I was not as interested in his content as this channel's, he has a most radical beard. (Also keep up the GH vids. Love 'em)

Costin has good influences. I feel like I'm watching something co-produced by Yes and Mastodon, directed by Ralph Bakshi and Rene Laloux. It's just glorious, man.
You cant be sad when you listen An Endless Sporadic music :,)
It made me cry!!! it’s been a long time since I felt this kind of pleasure listening a piece of art like this, thank you An Endless Sporadic!!! For your exquisite gift to humanity
One of my favorite songs by An Endless Sporatic. Blows my mind how immersed you are in that scifi mindset
Esto es sencillamente hermoso, adictivo, delicado, espacial y especial!
I have been waiting for this for 6 years
просто офигеть! почему я никогда ранее этого не слышал??

This is amazing. This is the best parts of technical metal combined with what made prog rock so awesome back in the day
I heard this band on Tony Hawk before Guitar Hero, lol. Love them since. I think the then drummer was a developer on both games, that's why it was featured.

Fuck, I get the chills every time they warp back to earth. Beautiful video, fantastic song.

DAMN that was the most amazing thing ever!
I really wish the part at 6:21 was longer. It's incredible but very short lived.
And even more greetings from Mexico City, please come soon! We've been waiting forever now! Awesome track.
God, this needs billions of views.

I haven't even listened to it and I already pre-ordered the album.
Navene K on drums. Where's Andy?
Andy moved away to be closer to family IIRC. Nothing having to do with the band etc etc.
Lmao same here dude
unrelated but sick profile picture btw. Have you listened to any of metroid metal's stuff? Sick prog metal arrangements of metroid themes

Awesome stuff guys! And Jordan at the piano is a guaranteed eargasm :)
The story of the aliens and depictions of them seem more accurate than scientists' today. And creating a story with such characters must have taken IMMENSE creativity! It pulls at my curiosity and imagination with its haunting depictions!

@@BlueNightZX We'll have to wait to solve the whole mistery! :D
This sounds like it belongs in a terraria calamity boss fight
Tru true
amazing!
Some serious Kirby vibes
Possible best ending to any song?
Would you guys be able to provide sheet music for piano and/or guitar tabs for the solo 3:48 - 4:28? Pwetty pwease!
Fucking amazing dude
wooow dude! how I finish here? This is awesome!
Theory: the space man is Zack Kamins and the black and white dot man is Andy Gentle, and the ending shows how these musical higher beings managed to land on Earth.
Anyone else pre-order this?
The T-shirt is great
Sure did, and how about that ALBUM though? Finding the Falls is easily my favorite right next to Sky Run. Departure and Galactic Tactic follow closely. Impulse II is in it's own category for me but finishes off the album very nicely.
Blargherness man, this is probably my favorite album ever
Oh God, these guys are still around?!
[squeeing intensifies]
This sounds like a Cyber MegaMan game fused with the Yu-Gi-Oh Rose Duelist soundtrack.
Here because of Rudy Ayoub
What happened to Andy Gentile?
Give me more senpai! Cheers from mexicocity
Is this a new album coming out!?
yea dude
+Givemebutter I'm gonna go through it when it comes out.
this makes me wish I was a super Saiyan
Sounds straight outta smash bros
Spaceship Factory 2 anyone?
Yessss
Like Magic Machine with a hint of Spaceship Factory (Mostly the acoustic at the beginning), and a light mixture of Galactic Tactic, The Assembly, and the flute from either Impulse. A little of everything!
A meandering mess that rushes off in tangents and oddness - just the way we like it
I really wish this band didn't get so keyboard heavy and "spacey." Ameliorate was sooooo good. They've changed too much :(
Ameliorate was indeed a fantastic album. I really see where you're coming from, but I have a deep appreciation for killer keyboard work too, even if effects can sound cheesy from time to time haha. Wow I was expecting something good from you guys but not that great!!
Rudy plays this better
😑
