Man who tf figured out this 133 tping crap, wrong warping is pretty easy once you do it the first time, but who just happened to discover using a shield, facing a specific direction for a specific time and moving forward a specific amount..
The warps are caused by a glitch called a "zip." A zip occurs when the character weighs over a certain amount. The player then has to block, wait for a very specific amount of frames, then walk forward and let go of block on the same frame. The game doesn't know how to handle this and increases the character's forwards momentum by ridiculous amounts as you can see. The inputs are all frame perfect, so the computer needs to be able run the game at a perfectly stable 60 fps. There's also an even more difficult form of zip called a "mega zip" that requires more frame perfect inputs and sends the player even farther. The zips and mega zips are used at specific angles to get the runner where they need to go. For the boss fights the zips are used to get as far away as possible from the arena to deload the floor in order to make the bosses fall and hit the kill plane or die from fall damage.
The metronome sound is created by a mod to the game that the Elden Ring speedrunning community agreed to allow for this specific speedrun category. It helps runners with the timing of the frame perfect inputs. This specific category has "Unrestricted" because it needed to be separated from normal Any% runs due the glitch's dependency on hardware. These two mods are deemed to be ok for a category that already requires a high-end gaming computer.
This was over the top fantastic. To those complaining about it and saying he didn't kill any enemy, of you really pay attention, he is killing them. It may not be with his sword but they are dying because of a glitch mechanic that derenders the floor. He is forcing the bosses to fall to their deaths. I rate this 15/10. Congrats on the world record bro.

Same
don't understand all the hate, it's a speedrun.
The ending where Hoarah Loux becomes Elden Lord once again.
Just a little more than 40 hours to save on my PB and I get the world record
I loved the part when he played the game
Meanwhile I am over 120 hours in and I have yet to complete the game.
Same lol. Really enjoying it though
@@julienz2024400 hrs in and have done nearly 20 playthroughs
This was over the top fantastic. To those complaining about it and saying he didn't kill any enemy, of you really pay attention, he is killing them. It may not be with his sword but they are dying because of a glitch mechanic that derenders the floor. He is forcing the bosses to fall to their deaths. I rate this 15/10. Congrats on the world record bro.
5:13 Godfrey: I will avenge my sons, and become Elden Lord once again!
*Kills the tarnished, but also god for some reason
Godfrey: well, sh*t, long and hard I have fumbled
What a fun demo!
