In this video I show you that I managed to adjust WOT, idle and acceleration AFRs.
    To summarize:
First I tried the 190 main jets from JetsRus but it was still to lean at WOT. I ended up drilling out my stock jets to 198 and I think will use these for now. AFR numbers are really good at WOT.
I bought the Dynojet CBR900RR Stage 1 kit and used some if its contents to help tune the carbs.
I used the single D tool to back off the pilot circuits on each of the carbs a quarter turn resulting to a fatter idle (mid to high 13s).
I show the process of how to replace the stock needles with the Dynojet needles which had adjustable washers. These washers are supposed to help you dial in moderate throttle/acceleration.
It was here that I found how filters affect AFRs. Without the filters, my needles were at position 2 but with the filters on, I found that position 2 was too lean and I had to lower the washer to position 3. Position 4 made acceleration too rich.
My current problem is that even with adjustable needle kit, I'm still seeing the occasional 8-9 AFRs on the street at low RPM acceleration. I can't seem to tune it out with the needles so I'm thinking maybe I need to run smaller pilot jets?

What alternator pulley did you use? I have been looking at doing a similar relocation but cannot seem to find the right pulley

couldn't tell you. I walked into a shop that rebuilds alternators, told them what my problem was and gave rough measurements, he went to the back and gave me some pulleys to try until we found one that lined up or was close. 🤷‍♂
