You can now call it a Komatsu. But it is still a Letourneau. Meaning they advertise a large bucket capacity. But they don't have the rimpull or hydraulic power to load the buckets. I hated running these loaders. While they WERE easy on the operator, unless you have loose material or a dozer pushing to you a much smaller Caterpillar loader will move the same yardage. These operators need training. Note the Cat operator side loading the bucket. This is very hard on booms and frames over time and lowers operating efficiency. That material is very easy to load, neither makes proper attempts at loading the bucket. Less than a full bucket means you are wasting time.
The LeTourneau 2350 has a 53 cubic yard rock bucket while the Cat’s is considerably smaller. However, it all comes down to material density which directly translates to weight. P&H had bought LeTourneau a few years back before Komatsu bought them and while under they P&H name, they outfitted the 2350 is a 70 cubic yard bucket specifically for coal applications. This is paradigmatic with most nearly every shovel, excavator loader and dozer: weight their lifting/pushing stays the same but the volume increases proportionately to the decrease in material density.
@@miningequipment64 Watch for larger buckets on the Cat 995. It’s the same chassis (and same size) as the 994K but with improvements that allow a higher payload.
The amount of money they invest in these machines, and the guy running it can’t fill the bucket every time in material that is like crushed gravel. If you going to put it on utube, the operator should be an example

Keep ip the good work
Thank you very much
Good machine and rocks back and forth all day. I preferred the Caterpillar loader.
Thank you bro 🙏
Это просто супер монстры!!!!
Which one do you think is the biggest? 😀
hmmm TRY grabbing a FULL bucket
If it's coal maybe a bucket full
@@miningequipment64if it’s coal the bucket would be twice the size.
Nice work from the cab of your dumptrck 👍👍👍
I used to drive CAT 785 here in Scotland 🏴
Greetings friend, being a dump truck operator is an exraordinary job 🙏💪
I operate a cat 992g here in ireland.

Awesome guys
Thank you very much 😊
Cat the beautiful cat the big cat the hungry
Трактористу на коматсу оборвать руки они ему не нужны больше чем по полковша не догружает с каждого захода !
Therefore the procedure of mine is no more than half a bucket per run
Bucket half filled... 🤷
Due to the procedures of the mine, the bucket content is not more than 50 tons
The “procedures of the mine”, why bother running a machine that big and only loading the bucket half full?
You guys are not paying for it so don’t worry about it.

Ok, thank you, watch my other videos on playlist
Нам сам "Бог велел" делать такие "Монстры" - топлива много!

Nice videos, it's a pity that the quality is so poor.
Thank you support 🙏
Too big for my sand box 😆😂 lol
I figured they would put a bigger bucket on them bigger loaders
But not too bad compared to the Cat 994K bucket
why 994 bucket so small compare to loader size
Well, that's still a question mark, I'm also confused about when they enlarge the 994k bucket 🤷♂️
Rock buckets hold less volume but the same weight as a larger bucket full of coal or similar.

hi, it is sad that the quality of the video is so poor.
You can choose the video quality in your cellphone settings, use 720p
Hi, I am watching on my PC, 720P - it is bad quality. look for example at time 0:28 @@miningequipment64
Perfect for me - quality is good.
Bucket 2350 more big than 994
That's right, the difference in the bucket is visible from the front

It has become a common thing, because it is under company orders
They do it to anger the TH-cam operators.
