That is a very subjective question but in the last decade I would say, probably yes. They had some slip ups like most countries but I think they are mostly doing it right ✅
It is but I am not a big fan of camp, at least not of this stlye. For camp you still need to know how to sing in my opinion, and 2000 is barely listenable 😂
