At 02:23 you say you like to turn on your oven for 1 minute. But to what temperature? And then you turn it off while the dough is in there after an hour to an hour in a half? That's the only part that I'm not understanding . Someone explain please 😬
The dough needs to be in a warm-dark spot I like to turn on my oven for 1 minute ONLY the temperature doesn’t matter because you literally turning it off after 1 minute just get the oven warm then you leave your dough in and allow it to double in size- this is my trick since my home is still cold 😅

Using a dry ingredient measurement cup, grab the flour don’t pack it, just get it and shake off excess ☺️
