- This isn't just a spicy seafood challenge, this is the WORLD'S SPICIEST CHILI CRAB MADE WITH GHOST PEPPER! Chili crab is a spicy seafood dish very popular in Southeast Asian cuisine. For todays challenge we had only 10 minutes to eat a very spicy chili crab dish made with shelled lump crab (knuckle meat), habanero peppers, ghost peppers and an egg drop sweet chili sauce all wok fried served with a pile of bao's (steamed buns) in order to get the $40 meal for free. What is the Singapore Chili Crab Recipe? This seafood dish originated in Singapore in the 1960s. It is widely associated as the national cuisines of both Malaysia and Singapore. Mud crabs are commonly used and are stir-fried in a semi-thick, sweet and savory tomato-and-chilli-based sauce! Wau also featured a large variety of Malaysian dishes and cocktails which we got to try out like fried fish (panang curry fish), surf and turf with lobster and beef, prawns (shrimp), calamari, lobster tails, noodle dishes and even delicious steak! Can we beat this spicy seafood challenge, or will this Chili Crab Challenge beat us?

Apparently you didn’t hear me yelling “Eat the crab and save the bao for the end!” Bread is great for tamping down the spicy. No! You don’t want water! Capsaicin isn’t water soluble so all you do is splash it around your mouth and it makes it worse. Milk/dairy is the best.
I would almost bet you with as much food that he’s eaten he knows this. But Joel is a different breed and will go out of his way to show his fans what he’s capable of.
The guys stomach is made of steel. He definitely knows this . Did you ever see him eat ice cream ? It’s almost more impressive since we all know what it’s like eating ice cream fast . Hot stuff of this calibre not everyone can appreciate what he just did and would cause many watching to literally cry

Once the endorphin rush kicked it you went straight competitive eater I’m actually surprised you didn’t just put the bowl up to your mouth and chug all of it. The entire video from beginning to end is one of your best by far. The food and drinks were unique and you enjoyed it all with friends. It was good to see you having a great time. Nothing wrong with a challenge, but experiencing new food or new drinks is a plus.
Dude thes ladies expressions were the best. Obviously Italian and loves quality food, clearly didnt like the WAU noodles you could see them shake their head but be like "yeah explosion of flavor" this was actually hilarious to watch and my favorite one so far.

Everything looked delish! Salt and pepper squid is a favorite, and even if we go to dim sum I order it from the menu. The bits of spicy, crunchy goodness at the bottom of the plate make it ! 🌶️ 🤤

Never eat super spicy foods on an empty stomach. It will kill your stomach 30 minutes or less later. At least that's me😁 I've eaten pickled habaneros first thing in the morning and thought I was going to die soon after.

This is the only challenge ever I've seen Joel do that I've thought maybe I could beat this, most of Joel's challenges size is the factor even with a lot of spicy ones, this one actually looks size wise doable if you can take the heat or eat it fast enough.
