I added the hi-flo performance 2.5” baffles to my 4” chrome rinehart slip on. For $90 a huge improvement to the sound over the standard 2.25” baffle. Be sure and follow directions and use a hi temp silicone for install of baffle.
G'day. I'm thinking Rinehart slip ons might be the way to go on my Slim (2021). I'm primarily after that sweet sound, not interested in doing a tune or anything, the bike is ridden most days and is fine as is. So would you recommend the 3-1/2" over the 4-1/2" for instance? Cheers.
The link below has a series of slip ons and full systems which are all beautiful and will improve your exhaust note. Your selection depends on the diameter and style you're after! www.accessoryinternational.com/SRCH.html?Store_Code=AI&Search=rinehart+touring
Hi alex, I bought rinehart 3" slip on for my 2015 sportster, is too loud for me. Do you have any idea to make it quite? Please send me the link, thanks
Hi Dwi, I normally would recommend a more quiet baffle. However, Rinehart does not have any other baffles available for the 3" slip-ons. In this case, you could shop for universal baffles that may provide further noise reduction. Or, if your slip-on still has the original baffles, you could inspect the mufflers available space internally. If clearance is available, you could potentially attempt to wrap the baffles in fiberglass - similar to Vance and Hines baffles. Hope this helps. - Alex
Had 4” chrome on my RK when I bought it, soon after acquired a nasty rattle I could not fix, even bought new baffles to no avail. Would never put these on any bike I own. Too expensive for a rattling exhaust.

What about inlet diam. I've got a stock header pipe on my 1995 road king and I'm wondering what slip ons will fit. Thanks
Any of our Rinehart slip ons for Harley Touring models will work on your 95' road king as long as you have the stock headers.

Accessories International, Inc. thanks 👌🏽
Does adding just muffler do u have to get it re-mapped so the life time warranty is still good. 2020 street glide special
Hman642002. Yah oo. C
No. We recommend testing the bike without remapping first for slip on applications. If you notice performance issues, then a remap can be considered.
Does tip selection actually change the sound?
End caps are just for style!
do they all sound the same?
Hi Bob, no it will depend on what size you decide to go with. The bigger the size the deeper and louder the exhaust is.
