I might try that Waldrop chair. Our set up is very similar. I currently use a turkey seat with a ghillie and shoot the recurve with a slight cant to clear the ground. It works pretty good especially once you practice and work out the kinks. I’m certain the Waldrop offers a better shooting experience being higher off the ground.
I saw some other videos you have posted and they were from a saddle. How often are you using this ground setup? Where i hunt there are not as many climbable trees and i have been thinking more and more about using a setup like this.

Ordered a Waldrop last week..gonna hit the woods with my Supermag48 and my Pac seat soon! strap my rucksack and netting to it..be gone dawn to dusk..

Ghillie suit nah, just camo work alot easier, just be still, move slowly
