I don't normally comment but felt I really needed to make an exception here. First and foremost both of you have really really good souls, something that seems to be missing in our current world. Second, neither of you look old enough to be celebrating 15 years of marriage (uh, that's a really big compliment). With all the angry nastiness we all seem to be exposed to on a daily basis, and while I don't know how others think, I have gotten used to watching your weekly updates, where not only they make me feel good, but it also restores my faith in the future. So I tip my hat to you both and thank you for sharing your journey with us.

I've watched you two provide musical instruments to students in 3rd world countries, raise money to help cats in the same area, help a cancer patient gets his meds, and so much more. The only conclusion I can come to is that you two are quite amazing humans. Trevor Evans is right. The world needs more people like you, both singular and plural. I'd like to say thank you for all that you do!!!!

Videos like this are why no one watches "normal" TV anymore. This is seriously better than like half of what's on! I enjoyed learning more about your backgrounds and the ups and downs on the way to today. You two are so great to watch and inspire my videos, too!

That’s a life story if I’ve ever heard one! You seem soo positive, down to earth, honest, humble [insert wikipedia list of positive attributes here]. You have both been working hard, you played the parent phase on 5x speed, travelled the world, all the other stuff at 30:23 and now live your dream that happens to be the dream of many others and let us be part. Like… respect.

There’s Givers and there are Takers in this World, you two are Givers and the World needs more people like you. I always wondered what the story of your sister was, and what an amazing story it is. Taking on so much responsibility so early in your marriage must have been a lot, but it just goes to show what sort of people you both are and why you’ve got such a huge following and why you seem to spread joy everywhere you travel. Bless you both, you’re an inspiration to humanity.

@@gonewiththewynns I've been following you guys since the motorhome days. My wife and I took a couple of years off ourselves and toured North America in a Class A like you before moving to the Philippines to open a resort a few years ago. You guys are genuinely nice people and it comes across through the screen and through your generosity and kind and selfless acts, and that's why I'm a patron. Hope to see you in the Philippines some time soon. Love you back. ❤️

When I first stumbled onto you guys I thought, “I don’t know who these two are but their positivity is infectious.” But the story about your sister and your experiences as a child changed that perspective. You became real people to me. Not just people living a life I want to live but also two people I want to be like. You guys are even more amazing than your lifestyle and that is no small feat!

So proud of our little catamaran for crossing the Tasman, rounding Cape Reinga and cruising almost the entire coast of the North and South Islands of Aotearoa! You would love it on your sailboat, for sure!! Maybe you have done that by now, in 2024. Anyway, we are going back and watching your eariy stuff. Being a little sister myself, I can tell you what you two did for your sister will be something that will forever shape her life for the better! Taking on so much at such an early age AND being newlyweds must have been so tough but your love and generosity towards her is truly the greatest gift you could have given her! You took a life that would most likely have been horrible and possibly dangerous and turned it into a life full of love and light! That is honestly heroic and I’m so happy you decided to share that part of your life with all of us! You both are people I will strive to be like! Be well and travel safe!

I also think your sharing your story of raising your teenage sister is not only heart warming, but hopefully, will give at least one other person out there the courage to do the same if it is needed. Sometimes watching the two of you reminds me of being in a garden full of flowers. Looking at them individually has a certain appeal, even when the occasional blossom looks a bit wrong somehow, then you gaze from another direction and it is perfection. Then you step back and take in the entire tapestry...it all flows together in a symbiotic relationship, lending color, and depth, beauty and peace, whiffs of lovely scents, and an earthy aroma hiding just in the background, the give and take of shadows and sunlight while the days and seasons go on.
Watching you as individuals is like seeing how one rose can stand on its own, but when placed together there is a deep realization of the perfect pairing your relationship has become, and maybe always was. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

Your pukana at 3:03....priceless. Wasn't expecting you to do that 😂
The tree stump you saw of the kauri, Agathis australis, is a species unique to the Bay of Islands region. They are one of the most ancient trees in the world, their ancestors date back all the way to the JURASSIC period. Though the largest trees in the world remain the giant Sequoia of California. Unfortunately just like the Sequoia, they are both in the Threatened range
I'm glad I recommended this place to you some time ago. By simply walking around this place you're diving right into why New Zealand is New Zealand. You gain admiration for the Maori people, their culture, and everything they've faced. And you can't help but appreciate the details of their designs, the time and effort it takes to do all of that is mind-blowing. Dedication to keeping traditions going, something to respect. That building also makes me appreciate the haka even more. The haka the All Blacks rugby team perform before a match leaves you speechless.

I’ve been watching since your early RV days, I’ve seen you explore some amazing places, grieved with you when you left your cat’s behind, and smiled and laughed watching you save the kitty in Fiji. Your videos have let me explore parts of the world I’m sure I’ll never visit, but without a doubt the most beautiful and awesome thing you have done is taking on the responsibility of raising your sister. I only know what you’ve shared, but you saved your sister and gave her the chance to become the awesome mother and wife I’m sure she is. You Had Me With The "Top Gun" Quote!
I was wondering what had happened with the 15 year old you had mentioned. Thank you for sharing and shedding some light into that time in your life. If we were at a get-together I never would have brought the subject up. But would have wondered about her. It took something special in you to have taken her in your loving arms and done your best. With all the ups and downs there must have been, I know you still hold the positive memories close and brush the useless ones aside.
Your Channel has provided not only a peek inside the life style but also has given us a chance to meet and spend some wonderful time getting to know you both. So truly, thank you for inviting us to share your journey. I'm pleased that there are still people like you both. Your Loving Friendship is endearing. Beautiful on the inside and out.

Going back in time for me to discover, Just who are the Wynns? What an adventure you guys are following! And doing so wholeheartedly with true passion and love for each other..And being so UNselfish in taking on being Sadi's guardian so young in your marriage - huge kudos! And looks like she is doing really well in her endeavors as well! And now you guys are making me want to go explore New Zealand!!

That was a great story about your sister. We helped raise a niece and nephew when they were toddlers and young kids. They were the same age as our girls, and they are all very close. It is both a struggle and a blessing. It shows us how sacrifice (giving of yourself till it hurts) can turn out to be a blessing in others' lives.

I liked watching you in the tropics because I don't like the cold, but you make the cold weather looking interesting as well. It is the two of you and no matter where you are, you make it very special. The story of your sister adds a very personal touch here. You guys are wonderful human beings! Safe road trip around NZ!

Aloha. I love the way you have combined a land road trip with your sailing adventures. What a great combination and your skill at storytelling is top notch. I also appreciate how you embrace the culture of the different places your visit. As a "part time" traveler myself I am often embarrassed with how a few people act in foreign countries. You two are extremely respectful of host cultures and people and that makes you great ambassadors and wonderful examples of how folks from different places and cultures can enjoy each other. Also, thanks for sharing tidbits of your personal life without delving too deep. Like I mentioned you two are excellent storytellers. I agree with most people. Yours is the best sailing vlog on TH-cam (IMHO).

Just a heads up traveling in NZ in a camper van. If you park up and go into tourist attractions where you will be away from your van, be very careful as you are 99% going to be robbed. The lovely locals sit and wait for tourists to wander away where you won’t be back for 1-2 hrs. They always smash the passenger window to get in as they do it so much it’s easy then climbing over the drivers side. When you go back into the tourist attraction to tell staff you have been robbed most likely they have the police form behind the desk ready to fill out. But don’t waste your time. Head to the nearest van glass repair shop they will show you a full rack of passenger side windows ready to put back in, in 30mins. Just be super careful where you park. Hide anything valuable or take it with you.

As a former wedding photographer I congratulate you on the reasonableness of your wedding. I saw so much outrageous waste, narcissism and negative emotion in weddings I attended that I came to appreciate modesty in all aspects of those events.

Your delicate way of telling the story was excellent. A teenager is challenging - and in a young marriage, more so. It speaks volumes about the two of you. Bravo.
