My 5year student use to keep fast .I was shocked.can she manage etc.but with the mercy of Allah she was the most clever and healthy student mashallah

As a Christian I think Ramadan is a lovely idea, especially the giving to charity and performing charitable deeds. I am an online English teacher and I will bear this in mind if I have any Muslim students in the future. Thanks Eric!

This is a great video! I am a new ESL teacher in France and a muslim. This will be my first Ramadhan while teaching. I love watching your videos to get some ideas and learn more on how to be a great teacher. I have no experience on teaching as I was an advocate in Malaysia and moved to France over a year ago to be with my husband. I got an opportunity in France to be an ESL teacher and I love it! very informative! in India we also celebrate Navaratri twice a year dedicated to Goddess Durga. Indian Calendar of Vikram Samvat has first Navaratri coming up in April month. There is focus on fasting and eating Satvik food throughout this period. I request you to update all your viewers about this as well.

Actually as good as it might sound. I typically stay away from (holidays and religions ) That way you are not showing favoritisms toward one religion over another. If one is going to talk or mention one religion or belief they might as well talk about all of them.

We have Christian friends and neighbors who celebrate with us and share wonderful meals..I wish you could visit and see the joyful decorations we have..colorful lights everywhere..Teachers can ask muslim students to talk about Ramadan in class
