When numbering, why do you skip phase 1 on the last round of numbers? Ex. Ph1-#1 ph2-#2 ph3-#3 next round ph1-#4 ph2-#5 ph3-#6 then PH2-#7 why not ph1-#7?
i had the same question. i’m hoping it was either a mistake or it doesn’t matter for the concept. i just hope that’s not convention because that’s unnecessarily confusing
Great vid as usual. But can this motor start in star and run in delta or is this for direct star connection or direct delta connection. A.nd if we connect this motor in star or delta does the incoming supply has to match with whatever connections we are using. Thanks and please get back to me you or anyone.
does having two sets of three coils necessarily make this example a 4 pole motor? i am attempting to understand how the coils are arranged in the stator

found another resource, appears to be standard. annoying.
you may have already knew this, your question was 8 months ago. but this is what i found
I was just going it an im unfortunately also confused as to the reason
Have a nice day Sir.Can i ask a question. What if parallel wye , low voltage. tap to the contactor. thanks
You made this so simple. Thank you.
In a union apprenticeship. You're always better at explaining things than my teachers. Thank you sir!
this is clicking, appreciations
I love the way you explained it
Is it the standard numberings in every connections? ....
The numbers are arbitrary. You use them just to identify the leads and make the correct connections. You can use whatever numbers you want.
A easy way to remember the connections is the method of 3 . 4+(3)=7 so 4&7 5+(3)=8 so 5&8 6+(3)=9 so 6&9
You Are a Teacher!! Thank you! Awesome explanation and classy!! Looking forward to more videos.
Thank you! 😃
Great video and you simplified it without all the extra jargon. I really appreciate your video!! Thanks
How can i convert in single phase in low voltage: L1, L2 Capacitor and line, L3 capacitor and -join 6,7,4,8,5,9 is it right?

Awesome
Hello, good day. 3 phase asynchronous motor with 6 leads can work as asynchronous generators. Does it apply also on 9 leads?
Thanks for postimng but what type of mechanical connection are ypu makeing such as wire nuts, crimps, etc. Please add and explain!
Excellent video - crystal clear. Nice work!
Thanks Irwin!

Actually laughed out loud at the Beyonce joke. Thanks for the videos. You're a great teacher.
For the delta low voltage connections...how does 1 join to red and also 1 joins with 6 and 7? Do u join red,1,6 and 7?
thanks, clarified it for me! very well done, clear and simple!
Been subbed!!! You are amazing. 🧑🏼🏫
👍🏽
Very clear and precise, Thank You.
Thank you for that sharing sir.
Thanks it helped me a lot
Thanks Chad 👍
Thank god
EXCELLENT VEDIO 👌👌
Thank you
Understood!
