    Most of those negative comments are from morons that don't even have a passport, I watched your travels in China and love them, I'm a Kiwi living in China and have been here for a decade and I love the place, southern China is the place to go when you come back, too bloody cold up north, take care guys 🙏🙏🙏

      bloody soft southerners youre all the bloody same all over the place!!! XDDDD
      yes theres a north south divide even in China!!! but actually it isnt a tough aggressive rivalry like in the UK XDD i think one side calls the other side potatoes or something in a cute way??? i cant remember...
      but yeah northerners in China are supposedly tougher, well encounter obviously temps of - 40 or - stupid degrees as well as sandstorms etc, the OAPs go skinny dipping in stupid icey waters etc, northerners are supposedly more taller, more handsomer, more beautiful blah blah blah.... instead of short and ugly down south, southerners are known for their figting and brawling.... actually northerners are actually good in a fight too, hence Southern Fist, Northern Feet! XDDDDD
      Ip Man from Foshan, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Sammo, 7 lucky stars, i think majority we know are down south.. of course theres northerners too but the ones the westerners know made their name and came from the south.... pheeew
      erm Jet Li, Wu Jing were from the north ie mainland!
      thats the generalisation XDDDD its probably the reverse in england XDDDD I think i may have upset people both in China and the UK XDDD
      im obviously joking you miserable bastids

    Chinese people are not a nation that is good at expressing themselves. We don't respond much to biased reports by Western media, and even if we do, no one listens. Fortunately, with the development of social media, travelers like you who have visited many countries come to China, experience it firsthand, and then introduce your impressions of China objectively. so we welcome and thank you

    Every traveller who tells the truth about China after having visited her has been bombarded - with no exception - with mainly this question: "are you paid by the CCP/CPC(communist party of China) to say these (good) things about China?"
    If you check their IP or nationalities these "inquisitive" people are all from the following countires n regions: US, UK, Canada, Austrailia Taiwan, so on n so forth - they have two things in common: they all speak or at least are able to speak English, and are all US allies.
    It begs this question: why? Why are they afraid of the truth about China? Is it bcoz the truth will collapse US propoganda against China and worse still, it will wake up the whole world, including ordinary folks in those above-mentioned countires n regions, to see how bad their nations are managed by their own governments by comparison to China?
    Just a thought. No comment.

    I've lived in China for 12 years, done tons of traveling. I live in the south and the only time we went north in the winter was when we went to Harbin for the ice festival. Harbin is one of the coldest places in China, when we were there it was -30c, but well worth it. The Hardin ice festival is a must see if you come to China in winter. From November-March, anywhere in China's north is cold.

      They have gotten into some trouble in the West because they are modern-day Marco Polo, unlike the original Marco Polo, who got into big trouble in Europe.
      Bashing China should make more money than praising China because not only is TH-cam a capitalist world, but also the Western governments and capitalists are known to be good at economy and marketing, rich, and have money, while the Chinese government and communists are bad at economy and marketing, poor and have no money.
      They should be happy if all the accusations you've gotten are being paid by CCP.
      I can think of three reasons why they should be happy.
      1. The US presidential election is underway, and it is common knowledge that even the US president can't please everybody;
      2. The US presidential candidates and their parties are accusing each other of lying. At least they aren't accused of lying. So, they are treated nicer than Biden and Trump is getting;
      3. Christianity is a religion of accusation: accusing the Jewish God of having a child with another man's wife. To make the man's loss and the crime even worse, they upgraded the accusation to God taking his wife's virginity.
      Finally, I'd be very happy and proud to take money from anyone for telling the truth, especially from the Chinese communists, because, despite all the accusations against them, they have never been accused of assassinations like the BIG agency often does.

    Thanks for telling the true story of China on TH-cam and I am happy that you got on CCTV as well. CCTV is the largest and official media of China and my parents and grandparents they watch it every day. I appreciate that you show the real China and the kindness of Western people as my family doesn’t know why the western hate China so much.😢 Your appearance on CCTV could make more than a billion Chinese people know that people from Europe are so friendly and they enjoy our beautiful though it is not perfect. Welcome to China again in the near future and do visit Northeast China in the winter time. BTW, I miss my friend in the UK so much after spending 5 years there! 🎉

    Im Chinese from Indonesia who had visited china in the past. My biggest regret is always ; picking the time travel during October when they were having national holiday. Believe me , it was a nightmare as all tourist destination filled with crowded people that you have to queue for tickets, queue for the entrance , queue for get into toilet and being inside indoor tourist destination was just like a nightmare , like everyone competing for oxygen.

    Congrats and I love your videos. A couple of tips for your next trip to China: try to get an eSIM so you will have internet the moment you land and you won't need a vpn to access things like Google or TH-cam. The other thing is that with Alipay, you can try to get a transportation card when you arrive in a city in China and then you can just scan the QR Code to take metro/bus without the need to purchase a physical ticket, and in most cases you don't even need to reload that balance so it will be more convenient and I use it a lot when I travel. About the weather during winter months, if its south of the Yangtze river, it usually doesn't get below 0. But if you plan on visiting the northeastern provinces during that time of the year, you will need proper winter gear. I hope that helps and welcome to China!

    People who judge countries without visiting them are led by what they see and hear and really should be ignored.
    Media have agenda's (even the Chinese media of course).
    As for Londons China Town, it's a bit shit let's be honest, much better visit to Chinatown in Bangkok.
    As for Chinese food in the UK, I miss it passionately, I much prefer it, but It's what i grew up with. Chinese food in Asia, while more authentic, just doesn't hit the same for me. Mixue FTW

    October everywhere is great. November and December, north would be cold. Like 0 to 10 degrees. Northeast, where I’m from, around -20. It’s super cool there tho. Harbin, the city has a unique Ice and Snow festival from Decemberish onwards. Check when it opens. Differ every year.
    South, can be 10 to 20. I was there in southwest last year in Guizhou in the end of October. It was 20 something, best time to go. Beautiful mountains!

    Hi, we got our Chinese Visas in Manchester in March this year. it took only 4 days. It's a 2 year Visa with unlimited entries and each entry last 90 days. We went to Shanghai for two weeks in May, absolutely loved it. Now we have booked to go again in second week in October, 5 days in Beijing and the 2 weeks in Guangzhou. I guess it will be cool in Beijing but will still be quite warm in Guangzhou. Hope we will bump into you over there. Going to London next weekend, we like the New Loong Fung Restaurant in China town. Reanne said she wanted to see the pandas, so I'm guessing your first stop in China in October will be Chengdu, After that, you'd better go to Jiuzhaigou, north of Chengdu. Jiuzhaigou is as beautiful as fairyland in October. Not far south of Chengdu there is a place called emei mountain is also a suitable for October to the beautiful tourist destination.
    In November and December, some parts of China will be very cold and some parts will still be warm. If you want to travel to a warm place at that time, you can choose Kunming, Lijiang, Xishuangbanna and Lincang in Yunnan, Sanya in Hainan, Zhuhai in Guangdong, Beihai in Guangxi, Panzhihua in Sichuan, and Xiamen and Quanzhou in Fujian. ......
    If you want to experience ice and snow tourism in winter, you can come to Northeast China. The winter temperature in Northeast China is very low, the clothes you wear in winter in the UK may not be enough to cope with the cold in Northeast China, you need to prepare warm gear from head to toe before coming to Northeast China in winter.
