Great day brother glad to know I am not the only one the fishes that way. I always keep a carolina rig and a float rig ready and have one out while working my artificial. Always enjoy your videos
Thanks as always bro!
Yea man this was a good/tough day of fishing right here! Appreciate the real fishing, that shows it’s not all catching all the time! Saltwater can be really tough. Went today myself for sheep, but dirty water, slow tides equaled tough day. 5 sheep 40 Croaker, and 2 million toad fish😳😂😂😂 What kind of yellow grits were those? Corn meal? Just watching made me want some Redfish for sure👍
Absolutely! Marsh hen mill yellow grits. Wife said I messed them up lol. Should have had lid on…
"and just like that, you have a side of burnt broccoli" 🤣🤣
Did I say that? Lindsay told me it was all terrible 😢
@@CurrentAngling Next time use sugar vs salt on the broccoli. Worked at a restaurant that did this 30 years ago. Still my go to.
Grate video
Thanks! Definitely some missed opportunities but it happens
just moved to charleston and saw your videos, now i have watched almost all of them! i am rocking an older bonafide rs117 but seeing if you think pedal is the move at this point ?
Hey man I really appreciate you checking out all my videos. If you haven’t already join Lowcountry Kayak Anglers (LKA) on FB, phenomenal resource and group meets. In the end especially with the strong currents of intercostal waterways a pedal kayak is superior. Also, I make so many more casts because the drive is hands free. Look used or talk to my friends Dolphin Dave or Joey @ Time-out Sports in mnt P.
Take your hat off at the table 😂 thanks
Thanks for getting to the end 😅
Hey Corey what type of bait net are you using? I'm looking for a smaller one like that. I don't like the big nets for on the kayak. Thanks for your videos.
It’s nothing special just some 4’ Walmart junk. I can throw the smaller net’s accurately and around rods.
Not the banana at the very beginning of the fishing trip
Tempting fate!
No bananas!
Yeah, proved to be bad luck 😬
good man using yellow grits
Oh yeah!
Excuse cannon!
That was just for you haha
Hey Corey, very informative video today. I to fish alone but in a boat around bull island and you are helpful with detail instructions on 2 rod fishing, cut mullet/ crab and soft plastic bait fishing. I am starting to use the same set up that you presented in todays video. What do you cut your crab with? Scissors? Thanks LA
Hey thank you Larry! It’s kinda a basic strategy but I though I would outline and give some examples in this video. I have some heavy scissors that I cut into quarters after removing back shell. Scissors are my fav for cutting all bait, seems safer, and don’t need a cutting board. Good luck in bulls, watch the storms I’ve been caught by em out there.
I moved to SC a couple months ago. I'm very interested in learning how to catch sheepshead, reds,trout.... I have a yak and a lot of gear. Thanks jeff
