This deserves so so many more views. I’m vegetarian since birth but recently started on meats and organ meat. Feel amazing. More people need to know 😂 . My PCOS was so bad. Finally feeling better.
@@jenniferibarra7737 I actually started out with placenta extract because where I was living it was accessible and then incorporated some liver and hearts.
No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
It bothers me that people without access to grass fed and finished beef cannot enjoy the benefits of liver. We only have grocery store liver and must make good with what's available in our area
Please respond to my questions if you can 🙏Do I still need to take folic acid and vitamin D daily if I consume liver every week ?How to know the right dosage?🙏I am really afraid to harm myself and overdose.
we don't recommend folic acid as it is the synthetic form of folate - find a prenatal with methylfolate. We like Vitamin D3/K2 and Vitamin D levels should be between 60-80 ng/mL These are some of the foundational supplements for anyone one the fertility journey. You'll need to check your individual levels with your doctor.
@@user-zx5xw4yw2e Pasture Raised Liver sounds funny all by itself 😝 But no this topic isn’t funny I suffer the same thing , no ovulation or irregular ovulating low fertility due to stress
Perhaps she needs to do more research on Liver because the liver only processes toxins through the liver but they are not stored in the liver whatsoever! So yes we should always source our foods to the best of our abilities however there’s no fear of eating a liver full of toxins because it’s not a storage of toxins it’s a cleanser/converter and stores nutrients!!

Hey! I was looking at her website- do you think her tips would work if they haven’t seen any follicles
Chicken liver is the easiest to mask in a paté. I have been mixing it in with ground beef also.
that sounds good!
How often do you eat chicken liver?
@@p.m.8316 usually 1-3 times/week
I’m wondering if taking a prenatal supplement as well as a desiccated beef organ supplement is advisable or not for preconception/pregnancy?
I have good iron levels, would it safe for me to take liver?
