Could be worth it for better access in the broader African continent. For a younger person seeking opportunity, there could be significant future upside to a solid foothold in Africa.
I actually like the country. I'd jump on it if it was cheaper and had less restrictions. $315k is too much for what it offers. The passport does offer access to South Africa and Russia. Better citizenship than South Africa because Namibia is more stable.
It's the mainland business that will be affected by that. In most cases you could set up a free zone company for your business. Probably best to reach out and we'll see what works best for your specific situation

But when I can get PR and residency in other countries, not to mention citizenship for less than half of this, it makes no sense, other than like you said, you have a whole bunch of money and $315k isn't anything to you. But for 97% of people this doesn't make sense.
