Great video. I’m getting ready to do mine (‘07 turbo Tiptronic 38K) ordering oem parts today. My pipes are sagging almost 7/16” and they’re original so I’m sure I will notice a difference for the better. I had a 996 turbo Stick so I can relate to everything you mentioned. Cheers
@@motorsandmeats88 Be careful with wiring when changing. I accidentally pinched a wire on a friend’s car. Luckily it only popped a fuse and did not break wire but could have been ugly. I was scared 😱 and embarrassed 😞.
Thanks for watching! Great question, and, no, it is a different part. I’ve updated the video description to include links for all the 996, 997, and 991 Carrera and Turbo models. Hope that helps!
Nice job. Thanks

Awesome! Such an easy and (relatively) cheap improvement in the driving experience. Let us know how it goes.
Way faster and easier if you remove air box. I agree, stock mounts are the best for comfort
Yeah. I hate trying to get that plexi rubber hose connected back to the throttle body! Thought I would try it without removing it first 😬
Fantastic as usual!
Thanks John!
Good job BTW
I appreciate it!

@@Alberto1B OOF! Yes, that would be unsettling for sure
Excellent video with great details. Would this motor mounts work on my 991.1 2014 C2S? Would you have the link to the mounts?
Thanks so much!
