What a beautiful video! I've read somewhere that happiness depends on how we see our lives rather than what our lives are actually like. No matter how good our life is, if we always see the cup half empty, we'll always be unhappy. And the opposite is also true. No matter how many struggles we have, if we decide to focus our energy on what is good in our lives, we'll be happy. It's all in our minds.
Your words touched me so deeply. You have made me realise that I don't need to quit my job and move to a farm of my dreams, I could just be present in the moment and embrace the life that I have. Thank you!
The slow and simple life is a Spiritual freedom for me. Staying in the present and being content developes a Holy Spirit and a joy in all circumstances ❤
When we look back on our life what will we remember most, not all the jobs we did, or the money we made. It’s the time we spent with loved ones and the all those precious moments. Your children are very lucky to have you to show them what’s important. Life really is too short❣️
Whoever shot that video really knows what they’re doing. The subjects gelled with the text, the shallowfield of focus and cropped composition added emphasis and intrigue at the same time. The message you send is on point as well. An excellent video all round - bravo!
This brought me back to raising my kiddos which are now adults and I am so glad I chose slow living while raising those kids! Not a regret at all about choosing stillness and being fully present while being with my children. And oh what great souls they are now because of it. Thank you for this beautiful reminder! ❤

I really like your aesthetic, the flowers, the tones. Where are your flowery pillow covers from? This video was much needed. I easily get lost in comparison and productivity. I really, really liked your video because it was full of normal things. A lot of slow living videos are full of perfect, lovely things and you had those but you also showed painting your skirting and doing your laundry. it's important to find happiness in those moments too. thank you for sharing.
I love the concept and all the shooting but could you please keep the music warming or slow as well. This one feels intense while it should be more relaxing, I am trying to watch it as an audio only. And because of the music I can’t hear the words properly too, Thanks 😊
I like slow living but in order to maintain it i need some money, to buy a home away from the city, to buy furnitures, to pay bills etc, then i ll have my freedom and dream life
