Amazing $17 Crawfish & Seafood Buffet | Bigger and Better in Texas!

- Houston continues to impress with the great food selection and the great people! After spending the day with my first ever food challenge with @DavidSriracha , I spent the day recovering, but at night, I decided to venture out to try some Texas BBQ and headed over to the Pit Room for their famous BBQ.
Unfortunately, just as I arrived, the ran out of beef ribs and brisket...some of my staples for the BBQ. Undeterred, I decided to venture out to seek out what Houston Texas has to offer. Driving around a bit, I came across a big sign reading Hibachi Seafood and Grill Buffet! I can't wait to see what's in store!
And I was certainly not disappointed! Upon entering the buffet is huge and more astonishing, the cost of the buffet was only $17 for a weekend seafood dinner! The huge selection not only included essential dishes that one would expect at the buffet, but they also had unlimited crawfish and blue crab, along with many seafood, meats, and made to order items at the grill!
I still can't get over the price of $17...what an incredible deal! I guess the saying is true...things are simply bigger in Texas!

$17.00 for a Buffet is unheard of these days, but so glad you showed us.
Too bad I'm miles n miles away, but happy for ppl in the Houston area who can enjoy it. 😋😉
My GPS says I am 9.3 miles from this place. Unless I am dead, I got to make it a weekend dinner routine once a week before crawfish season is over. Those tiny clams and stir fry crabs are on my radar also.

Banana pudding is the best. It’s basically a southern dessert. My mom used to make it for us all the time. Loved it.

You lucked out there! That buffet was stocked. I didn't know people didn't like bananas till I mixed them one Thanksgiving in a mashed sweet potato dish. My friend immediately said "there are bananas". It was one banana. Ha, ha. Only thing I really don't eat is green bell peppers. Nope, not even to be polite. You were very brave. I'm amazed this place is in Baytown on Garth Rd. I haven't been to a lot of places since we moved down here so it's nice to see something fairly close to me. And the price! You can't get a crawfish boil from HEB that cheap! This is difinately on my bucket list.

Tim although I missed your vegas food suggestions before I went there we are going to Houston for sure we will try this the Dim Sum look good never had a good selection of Dim sum in a buffet so this is going to be our first priority when we are there thank you for discovering this 🙂👍
If you get a chance, check out the kim-son Vietnamese buffet. Highly recommended and try to call in as they may have special offerings on the weekend.. go early though it gets crowded
Tim, it's always so good to see you in my home page feed. You are always so pleasant and so polite to everyone. Glad to see that you'd found a "diamond in the ruff". Instead of being disappointed with the BBQ, you'd found this place. One thing....you have to step up on your veggies! I never see you eat enough of that, that's for sure!

Props to the Hibachi Buffet - a lot of other Buffets would be tempted not to bother stocking up the trays with only an hour to go before closing, so well done for putting the customer first!
I was pretty impressed too.. not every place will keep everything stocked up near closing 🙂

Hibachi grill in Katy is one of our family favorite !!! Kim Son Buffet in Bellaire blvd in the heart of the China/Viet Town in Houston the landmark of all Asian cuisines
Really impressed with the places in Katy and Houston... It was kind of funny because on my trip there, I kept going back to Katy over and over again.

Amazing to have a $17 buffet like this. Mind boggling trying to figure out how the owner is actually making any money. Probably a nice rich chap giving back to his community
A 17 US dollars buffet like that is just insane food so yummy and delicious especially the dessert with icecream the place is comply and the ambience is just great enjoy eating cheers

This buffet in Vegas would cost over $60 dollars, what a score for 17 dollars. Great video once again Tim.
No way this buffet if located in Vegas would warrant $60. Wicked Spoon is still under $50 and Imperial in Chinatown is $42. Many quality Asian AYCE BBQs and Sushi in Chinatown for under $40. Chinatown in Vegas is taking advantage of the price gouging on the Strip.
@@igloozoo3771 I was referring to some of the buffets on the strip. At this price, it beats any buffet in all of Vegas, even the ones you mentioned.

Even if they chase Tim out He still got his money worth!! I still can't believe all those dishes he ate was for $17. Don't think many restaurant can afford to make their money back but Tom managed to have his desserts!!
Crawfish are often over cooked at all you can eat restuarants but those looked great. When most of the head fat comes out with the tail, they are perfect.
That's a great deal and their are so many delicious foods.

It’s hard to believe this place can be open charging such a low price. I think you had equal delicious choices like this buffet in Las Vegas for like 3-4 times the price.
How does this place stay open if they don’t have line ups out the door ? Food looks amazing and the buffet was so generously filled up in all the stations. Plus it’s hard to believe how much seafood they offered. And I’m blown away as to how much food was left in the stations so close to closing time. I so hope 🙏 they don’t discard all this food but donate it somewhere instead.

I've been to this place several times. They actually have a "Happy Hour" for senior citizens (over 60) between 2pm to 5pm for $10.99. So yeah, good food for a great price.
You have to get some Killen’s BBQ in Pearland, TX. Their cream corn is delish too and the corn is fresh!

We have lots of grills like that in NY. You picked well. Thanks for sharing how to eat crawfish. I always skip them.
I don't know about Canada but these buffets were everywhere in the US. Many closed because of Covid and in the Detroit area they were replaced with crab boil to order places.

@Spring is in The Air 🇺🇸 So, If you buy seafood from your local supermarkets, you would find out whether or not the seafood is wild caught from Maine, New England or Alaska before you buy it. Many restaurants including pizzerias have clams and mussels which probably is Not wild caught seafood. You would not eat seafood from pizzerias or other restaurants that don’t have wild caught seafood I guess. Upscale steak restaurants have 3 and 4 pounds big lobsters 🦞 which are wild caught. Some people believe that big lobsters meat are tough. That is Not true at all. They are awesomely delicious. I hope you eat lots of wild caught big lobsters 😛. There are lots of lobsters and crabs videos. However, I haven’t seen any TH-camrs do videos on eating 3 or 4 or 5 pounds lobsters!!
