Top notch Michelin Star rated dishes and at incredible affordable prices along with the flavour of the many cultures working in symphony. The buffets, they are also on another level well above that Vegas standards. And while I had the chance to visit many buffets here, I've yet to visit Singapore's most iconic spot. That is the Marina Bay Sands hotel and I'm delighted to find out they offer a buffet as well. In fact, it's voted Singapore's Best Buffet so I'm excited to give it a try.
And upon entering and being greeted by the friendly staff, immediately you feel the grandeur of the towering atrium; as beautiful as it is on the outside, it's equally as grand on the inside. And walking through the buffet, you spot the towers of seafood and lobsters near the entrance... you know they mean business. Perusing further, the aromas of the luscious roasts of lamb, iberico pork and prime rib takes over the senses. Further down, you'll find the traditional Singapore cuisine from the wagyu rangdang to the laksa and Hanan Chicken rice. All the favorites and more! When you're there, I would highly suggest the burrata (classic & smoked)... but explore and discover for yourself! Lots of fun and a fulfilling meal in more ways than one!

200th thumb up! One thing I've always liked about Tim's videos compared to many other vloggers, is his willingness to engage with the servers face to face and show the interaction. I know legalities abound with showing others faces, but it really makes a difference in the review if you see other people thinking the same thing you do.
He always calls people by their first names, no matter who they are. His genuine kindness towards other people always comes through.
He needs to get them to carve off something besides what the have hidden under the napkin. The carvers are guarding the best cut . I would carve my own piece and get the bone too.

What, crab and lobstered out? This buffet looks excellent. I love the sea bass with sauce. Do you know what the mystery fish was? Well done deboning it. You could moonlight. Lamb shank looked tough. Gravy helps a lot. The atrium is beautiful. The look on your face I immediately knew it was durian!!! I don’t blame you. At least you had the coffee and other sweets. Thank you for sharing. They had a entire rib roast and the guy pulls out what looks like a piece of pork loin and slices it . He should demand a piece of what they have displayed ,not a piece of loin hidden under a napkin

Tim, I have watched you many times, and this time, I did have to laugh, because I don't think I have ever seen you make such a face, over a particular food. But when you go to these beautiful buffets, you are always so polite, and really try to make the best of something, that wasn't as good as you thought. Looking at some of the foods, you make me hungry, lol. Especially the lobster, prawns, crab, and clams. Thank you for showing us another wonderful place,. Tim thanks for showcasing this Buffet I've eaten in it twice during Christmas weekend in 2016 and it was great and I've been to Singapore seven times. I love the country the public transport is awesome and the people are great Singapore may have it's problems but I do love the country, well I hope you're traveling well this holiday season enjoy your new year Tim we'll catch you on the next video.
Aside from the humidity, absolutely loved everything about Singapore. It is quite amazing how efficient they transportation system is. Really fantastic people as well.

The icy dessert you had is called Chendol. Pandan, coconut and attap chee - fruit of the nipa palm which you mistook for water chestnut.
That was such a nice refreshing dessert! I would expect nothing less to quench the heat from the humidity of Singapore. Really delicious.

That table they gave you is actually for 4 people. I sat at the exact same table the last time I was there. They usually don't give solo diners that table.
Yeah, I do ask for permission to take pictures and video, before going in, so they typically arrange things a little bit differently. I do try to make sure that the experience is as normal as possible, but it is a little bit difficult when they see you with the camera.😉

hey tim, i am from singapore but have not tried mbs buffet yet. man u dont eat much at buffet. i would have gone 3 rounds of cold seafood filled plates and maybe another 3 rounds of the roasted pork and beef. i was laughing seeing u choosing the smallest piece cus over here, we usually choose the LARGEST piece hahaha

Wow Rise buffet finally stepped up their buffet game. Several years ago the spread was not that good.
It was very nice and I recall that was just their regular dinner buffet on a Monday
