Windsor Bread~ soft and fluffy milk bread loaf recipe| ASMR cooking [Eng Sub]

  • Today we will make a simple and light bread_ Windsor Bread. We use natural ingredients to make this soft and fluffy milk bread. It is easy to make which suitable for beginner bakers. Moreover, the bread loafs is soft overnight which can be torn easily by hand. It has light milk and butter flavor, which is suitable for breakfast or afternoon tea. Everyone should try to make this Soft and fluffy Milk Bread!
    🍽Quantity: 8 pieces, 20x20cm mold
    🧂Ingredients:
    340g Bread Flour
    150g Milk
    50g Whipping cream
    35g + 3g Sugar
    3g Salt
    20g Condensed milk
    2 Egg yolks
    3.5g Instant yeast
    25g Unsalted butter
    Preheat at 170°C for 10 mins, bake at 170°C for 20 mins, and 150°C for 5 mins

    請問我可以用40度蒸酵功能45分鐘代替碗60度熱水嗎?

      可以,但35度溫度發酵便足夠
