今次食譜整蒸蛋糕。一個平凡但令人滿足的蛋糕,充滿彈性和濕潤的口感,蛋香淡然悠長。看似簡單但又容易失敗,秘訣記得觀看食譜影片。

Today I make a simple steamed cake. It is moist and fluffy with rich egg flavor. It seem simple, but easy to fail. Let’s watch the video to see the key of making a successful steamed Cake.

    這個做跟做泡芙一樣. 只不過用的粉類不同. 但是最後的制成品都應該裏面是空心的. 在開頭弄粉漿的部聚時, 是不是應該弄成非常軟的麵團呢? 是不是粉和水的比例不對? 應該水份多些, 那就可以用電動打蛋器打得開. 再加適量的蛋. 調成比現狀稀一点点的麵糊. 差了一点点. 加油!
