Yeah man, I'm normally average at qualifying so it's a pleasant surprise when I get a pole. I know just how valuable it is with helping the end result of the race too!

Great Race ! Too many errors on my side to hope to resist at the end, starting with my first lap penalty. Congratulations to you who, despite forgetting about the balance of the brakes, managed tire wear to obtain this great victory.
There is nothing better than a comeback. And you can't have a comeback without first falling behind. While most people get frustrated when they get knocked back, I genuinely get excited at the opportunity for an epic comeback. Never quit, reel them in and MAKE them know you're coming.
That traffic that goes into the pits is what I was stuck in 😂. Superb effort mate, was good to race with you again, loved the scene near the end 💛

When a "random" race in Gran Turismo 7 is more exciting and has more quality than a real F1 race nowadays that speaks volumes.

Respect to the Lexus driver. Not only using a different brand compare to everyone, but also driving the older 2008 GT500 while everyone was using the modern 2016 GT500.

They do, it’s race A. You’ll also be matched with players of a similar skills level, so really all the races can be for new players

Don’t be afraid of racing online. Everybody gets punted, and everyone has accidentally punted just qualify and race as clean and fast as you can. Have fun… it’s also good to try the races that involve strategy. You will learn the most with them and also realize that it’s not a huge deal.

That second race was amazing. Always nice when people driving clean. I don't even care if i lose, as long as people drive clean.
I enjoy this longer races way more. It gives the people race a chance of somewhat recovering from mistakes, instead of having their entire race ruined by a spin or a crash.
you can see very clearly on Steve's face how much he loves those long races. They are indeed the best way to enjoy Gran turismo

Throughout the race I was pushing like mad to maintain consistency 'cause I know how fast you are and anticipating the charging soft runners but hopefully we would battle out in the next Nations Cup race.

I watch your videos because I don't have a PS5, and Gran Turismo is one of my favorite games of all time. Definitely my top 3 racing games, sadly I'm on PC and they don't have it on there. Keep it going, this content is very descriptive and immersive.

I think I found the NSX was the fastest car at Fuji in that daily race from a few weeks ago. Just seemed to handle the 2nd and 3rd sector better. Easier to control rotation with the throttle and brake than any other Gr3 car which is absolutely crucial at Fuji
GT7 is in such a good spot feel wise at the minute.
Personally it's the most fun game to play in a rig at the min, especially in VR.
Whats crazy is that your finish time on the second race was 1 second faster than bluracers from the race before lol. Awesome!

Great to watch Steve! Loving these longer content vids! Appreciate the efforts! I really enjoyed this round and was proud that I was lapping the same as the front runners like yourself finally and improving each week which is rewarding for me.
I really like your ability to take a really, really crappy situation and turn it into a good one. You got bumped back horribly twice, but you managed to still turn it into a higher position than you started.
I guess you could look at that and go "well, if there weren't any incidents, I could be podium". Sure, but that's for next time :)
Gr. 2 cars are not my cup of tea, but still gave this race a go...
