Best of luck! My doctor didn’t recommend the massage since I didn’t do lipo. I’m now regretting that I didn’t.Most likely I’ll just except it as is and be grateful that it’s not what it was before. I’m getting ready to do my 1 year postoperative update soon. 🫶🏽

Thanks. No ma’am. No Exparel shot. The pain was manageable with the medication my doctor gave me. I have heard of the shot….. and that it’s an additional fee

My TT/muscle repair procedure is in 3 weeks. Did you do any belly button training? I've heard different opinions on it.

Congratulations 🎊. No ma’am. My doctor had me do nothing but wash with antibacterial soap for two weeks post op. No special treatment needed.

It’s crazy that so many doctors have so many different ways of doing things. I just left it alone and treated it no different than before my surgery.

Thanks. How far out are you? Maybe it’ll get better with time. That’s the only thing my PS did that made me happy. I plan to do a one year post op video. I have one trouble spot and I tried to fix it but it didn’t 🥺 it really bothering me because it’s visible through my clothes if it’s fitted 😳 so I totally understand the not being completely satisfied. I promised my fam that I wouldn’t do anything else…😭
