Mistake 1: Switching in the first place, ClickUp is awesome :D - but seriously, switching between project management tools without a VERY good reason is usually a bad idea, it's normally harder to get the team to embrace a new tool than an existing one.
Very useful, as I originally using clickup to setup the PMO (half way thru) but there are something I found it too complicated to promote. I watched your video in SmartSuite. Seems I could solve my problem nicer. Still catching up your content. Thanks a lot for the useful materials

Hey! It really depends on you and your business needs. They've started rolling out 3.0 to different regions, so it may come quickly. Or it may not. It may be helpful to look at other tools like SmartSuite to see if they would be helpful!
I think once the import wizard to move from Clickup to SmartSuite is available that many people will switch tools. I'm currently using Clickup AND Airtable (both with many records), so I'm considering whether it is worth the switch to SmartSuite myself. And I'm really wondering if Layla made the switch?
Hey! We say to use whatever works best for you and your team. Right now, ClickUp still works for us at ProcessDriven and therefore still use it. But SmartSuite is a powerful tool and great for many teams!
There seems to be a lot of overlap between SmartSuite and Airtable as well. I haven't used SmartSuite yet, but if you can turn rows into tasks then I understand the advantage.
Hello carla, I'm not an expert but I know the basic, for your answer, everything view is a clickup's thing, to the best of my knowledge, it's not in Smartsuite, however, you could create your Everything view using smartsuite dashboard view in any solution you're using.

clickUp is clunky the whole linked records, roll up, lookup abilities of ClickUp is half baked.... Formulas are more robust. I used to be a big fan of CU
I should add more context; what I complained about were all database features..... If I was going to pick a project management app... I would stay with clickup. Smartsuit is a database program with project management features....... ClickUp is a project management program with database features But I feel confident given time SmartSuite will progress with their project management features.

Very true! The Airtable-esque capabilities of SmartSuite are very helpful!
Does SmartSuite have an Everything view as well? Like a place where you can see all tasks assigned to you from all apps and solutions?
