At 72 I’m a long-life fan of Simon & Garfunkel. Their beautiful song was played at my partner’s funeral back in 1996-the lyrics are haunting. I heard Disturbed’s version with David Draiman on vocals a while ago & I was in awe …. but this version with Myles Kennedy sent shivers up my spine!! Such passion, such talent.by them both!! I've lost a beautiful daughter and a loving grandson in the last 12 months, both under tragic medical circumstances. This version is a tribute to them both. Thank you from Australia xx
A couple of days ago I went to see Black Label Society, and you have no idea how good Zakk Wylde is at playing piano. I was left with this exact feeling.
I'm ashamed to admit this is my first exposure to Kennedy, and I was blown away. Happily spent the last 3 hours listening to everything I could find from him, and I just love him. Wow.
He is one of the most amazing singers ever. I love Alter Bridge (his band with Mark Tremonti), their stuff is phenomenal. He has such a killer vocal range.
The meaning of this song is about how society is not comunicating with each other. How we worship the glitter and glam. How we keep quiet about injustice instead of standing up and fighting. How we are now insensitive to wrong and just go with the flow. The 60's were all about the establishment/status quo.
@@philiphapeshis1226 Ring Them Bells - Bob Dylan. The willows are weeping, the shepherds are asleep and the mountains are filled with lost sheep.... Ring them bells. The society cannot be guided by the blind and death. Look at the Fashion Cat Walk Zombies....
S&G version was a soft warning of what was coming. David's ) version is the time is here you didn't listen to that warning wake the F up and communicate with each other. Sadly most everyone was watching through a phone. Ironic, and very sad for me to see.
Both David and Miles have perfect voices by themselves. Put them together and you get something you can't describe with mere words, it's beyond explanation
omfg does anyone realize what an insanely difficult harmony Myles was doing holy fuck!!!! BRAVO to both David and Myles wow great job guys that was BRILLIANT!!!!
His part has become almost a vocal warm up for me, its very challenging but it really makes you work to hit the high notes(without falsetto) so when you aren't singing that high while performing or recording your voice sounds extra good lol
High School in 1962. Vietnam in 1967, and I came home. So you might say I've heard all the originals of what we now hear as covers. And yes, although I've put away the LPs and Cds etc, I still pull them out occassionally. Having said all that, this has to be the best cover of The Sound of Silence I have ever heard. And the music goes on, and it will.
The best way I can describe this is the cover that Disturbed originally did is a canvas, and they created a beautiful piece of art that had never been seen before. What Myles Kennedy did was take that flat canvas, and created a 3D object that no one had even thought of. It truly added a depth to this song that I did not believe was possible. Simply incredible.
I’ve played it over, and over, and over - I’m 71 and never thought Sounds of Silence could be so strong and exciting - I love it so much - thank you, thank you
Maddy, I’m 67 and think the same way as you about this song’s cover - EXCEPT for me David’s solo video version performance which is done in black and white, including the background scenery, is EVEN BETTER than this! If you have a chance, check it out - I guarantee you’ll be just as moved and touched by it like this one (if not more)! That’s the one I’m going to have played at my funeral, and I’m not kidding about this either!) Actually, I do listen and watch them both every day - at least once, if not more!
I'M 72 years old. I think this is my new favorite band. This guy's voice is unbelievable.my former favorite band was Jethro Tull. I would love to see these guys in concert, But at my age , I probably wouldn't be accepted in the audience. But man, These guys are so talented. And their Songs have such great messages, they touch my heart. I'm sorry I didn't discover them sooner.
yes i agree with the other comments, i am 68 and still 16! i can say no one cares about our age at concerts , if you look around so many are our age, i have followed Shinedown for over 20 years i see them every single time they are here around baltimore,md one day these young ones will be us, and think the same way! get out and enjoy, just because we grow old , doesn't mean we are! oh one more thing, bands like the stones etc older than us and are still out there rocking! so why can't we!
WOW!!! Let me say, I am a 30 year old young man, CRYING my eyes out! THAT was the most BEAUTIFUL Rendition of that song that I’ve ever heard!!! It literally brought me to tears & I Rarely ever cry to music. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING how their voices melded seamlessly & the arrangement of the music as well. 5 Stars ⭐️ DISTURBED 5 Stars ⭐️
Never heard of this Miles dude. He is so intentional with his voice, every note is perfection and he is not singing predictable harmony. It is unbelievable how difficult his part was and to sound perfect live!!! Waaaa????
hard to have never heard myles the guy has been everywhere for over 20 years, 6 albums with AB ,2 with four mayfieldfour, 3 with slash, 2 solo album, and lots of featuring
Metal delivers once again. These two annihilate absolutely everything in the pop-realm, no hiding behind auto-tuning and distracting visuals that may help them sell the show. A barstool and a mic is all that is needed.
I love these guys and especially this song, but there are some good pop singers (and a lot of shit ones 😜). But none who could come CLOSE to this duet 🙌🏼 I’m just gutted I wasn’t there live.
Totally agree. I don’t even know how many times I must have listened too it and it gives me chills every time. One of my top five songs of all time, if not number 1.
For fucks sake! Where have I been the last 6 years?!? I’m 66 years old and I have NEVER been moved by a piece of music as much as I was listening to this rendition. Absolutely the best!
😆 LOL! I’m 67 and I only recently found this one too! But, if you really want to be moved to tears, watch the ‘solo’ video that David does (it’s done in black and white) of this song! To me, that one is even better in some ways than this version (which I do ❤️ also)!
@@johnlindsay8202 So glad you found it and liked it too! In fact (in case you didn’t read my original comments, THIS is the one that I’m going to have played at my funeral when the time comes that is (😆 lol, hopefully not for a while yet!). I think that everything about it is appropriate - the voice, lyrics, and even the video background. I find it amusing that so many of us ‘older’ people appear to be enjoying it more than the ‘younger’, and heavy metal music listeners, based solely on the # of their comments!
John , You spoke FOR me!! WTF how can it BE that I’m of similar age to you and NEVER even imagined something as powerful and beautiful as this existed! They reached deep into my SOUL and I’ll never hear this song again the same way!! I’m glad I lived long enough to experience it ❤️🙏
Rarely ever do you find an artist who's live music somehow manages to sound even better than their studio recording. Forever love for Disturbed, their work transcends art.
1000 years from now,in some ancient hall, two shall gather and perform this ancient classic piece before a stunned silent audience..who never new that such music ever existed.
Hell yeah dude - amazing! Two powerful voices, each able to carry the song in their own key, while complementing the other. Could listen to it over and over.
This is how you sing the backup vocals to one of the best songs in recent memory. Myles comes in and absolutely kills it with the harmonizing, but lets David have the spotlight. He drops his voice and lets David have his more emotional lyrics, but still props up the whole performance and brings it to another level. Disturbed absolutely killed with this rendition of Sound of Silence and I have friends and family that never even heard of Disturbed absolutely enamored with this song. Every time this comes up on my playlist at work I stop everything and watch it.
chickenator84 I played this at my moms funeral and everyone stopped and actually listened. It was like after all the fighting and bickering they actually realized they were there to mourn someone. Its amazing what this song does to people.
chickenator84 This is the first time I have heard Myles Kennedy, he is incredible. When he opens it up with David I got chills. Can you name other Myles songs where he opens up like that?
Dude, check out Myle's band Alter Bridge. They're made up of former Creed members, but they're still fantastic. This is one of their best and most iconic songs, named Blackbird, which actually won the award for best guitar solo of all time by both critics and fans back in 2011. It was written after a friend of theirs passed away as a tribute to him, and it's a perfect example of both Myle's vocal ability as well as his and Mark Tremonti's guitar skills. th-cam.com/video/yz_j7nVCJJ0/w-d-xo.html
Wow! At Thanksgiving, the husband of a dear friend of mine and I were talking music. We both play guitar. I asked him what he was listening to these days and he mentioned this great song that was performed on Conan. Dinner started and I forgot about it. I was kind of surprised when he sent me the link to the Conan version the next day. As you know the song starts slowly and builds in intensity, emotion and power. By the end of the song, I could not believe it was that good, that touching, that heart wrenching. And (I am embarrassed to say this), I had never even heard of Disturbed. Then something unique happened. I listened to the song again and again, and finally found this superb version with Myles Kennedy singing the high Art Garfunkel part. I grew up with Simon and Garfunkel, and Sounds of Silence is one of my top three songs from them. It is just amazing that so late in the game I have discovered this new version, and my eyes, ears and soul have been opened and touched. I think I have listened to this song 10X now in the past few days. It just mesmerizes you. Thanks to Disturbed, Myles Kennedy and everyone who contributed to this great piece of art. This song is a revelation!
Patrick Di Chiro I hear ya! The same happened to me... I grew up with Simon and Garfunkel’s songs, and love, love, LOVE “Sound Of Silence ! I’ve always loved Rock and am a bit of a “metal-head” by heart...; but when Disturbed came out with this cover, I fell in love with David’s voice, and Disturbed’s powerful songs. Didn’t think, there could be a better “modern version” of this song.... BOY WAS I WRONG!! Who is this Myles Kennedy-kid..!?! Davids and his voice, work MARVELOUS together!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Patrick, I too had never heard of Disturbed until last year 2019. I heard the band's cover of The Sound of Silence during an episode of Into the Badlands then searched it out on Google. First I came upon the official video for the studio recorded version. I cannot tell you how many time I watched the video and listened through headphones. I am a crier when it comes to moving stirring performances which means I cried. On TH-cam's suggestion I next watched the live performance on Conan which I also watched multiple times. Metal is not a genre of music I typically listen to but Disturbed is so gifted that I subscribed to their TH-cam channel. Then yesterday May 4, 2020 I was watching a photography related video when the song was mentioned and one of the photographers stated he likes the version by Disturbed best. I paused the photography video to listen to The Sound of Silence three or four times. I later performed a Google search for the lyrics and that is how I came upon the live version with Myles Kennedy, who I had never heard of until yesterday. It is accurate to say I have now watched that live recording 10 or more times. I put on my headphones and pressed them against my ears to lock in every note, tone and emotion.
This day and henceforth. This will be the greatest rendition of this song I have heard. And I am grateful I'm alive to hear this song a new and beautiful way.
OMG! I have no idea who Myles is,but they are freaking amazing together! 60 yrs old and love Disturbed. My sons laughed at me when I shared with the the "new" band I discovered. Love you guys!

I've heard this version dozens of times. Every time I feel dizzy after hearing it. Wasn't til today that I realized it's because I stop breathing through most of it. Absolutely breathtaking!
This.... just... this. You don't need anything more, than this song to send shivers throughout your whole body and make you realize how much you love music.
That is truly one of the most amazing duets I have ever heard...precision, harmony, power and strength of voice as well as emotion, simply aurally orgasmic.
I said that no one could improve on the sound of silence. Then Disturbed got involved. I then said "Now, no one could improve the sound of silence". Then Myles Kennedy got involved.
Please, I ask no hate responses, yes disturbed did it better and then tried to one up it but in my opinion and its just my observation as everyone is different but I thoughts the notes for miles Kennedy should have been slightly different....higher or lower during certain parts because there was parts that just didn't sound good at all but the rest and for 99% of the song he kicked ass....by the way did they just wing this with no prior practice?? I think I read that somewhere about this concert but can't remember the source, sorry.
@@matthewcarlon7122 interesting statement. First of all, everybody's taste is different, and that's absolutely ok. Nobody should get any hate comment as long as he talks in good manners. As for Myles vocals: it does not sound "pure" (in lack of a better word) all the time, but I think it's because of the mixing. Perhaps that's it what was "annoying" you🤔 It probably would sound a little different as a studio version ... idk. But anyway, they did both a fantastic job!
O.M.G. I had the privilege of seeing Simon & Garfunkel perform this in concert when I was about 10 years old, and tears poured down my face throughout the entire song. A friend turned me on to Disturbed's cover a couple of years ago, and it blew me away...tears, again. But this version, with the amazing lead by the amazing David Dramin and the incredible harmonies by Myles Kennedy has just destroyed me! I was sobbing so hard- I put my face into my cat's side, and she ran out of the room because I was drenching her! This is otherworldly... thank you, Disturbed and Myles. I will be watching this relentlessly for days to come!💞💖🤘🎶
I have just met David's singing version" sound of silence " this was a guided day indeed. Thankyou oh great spirit I am in awesomeness to be hearing you. You feed me with wealth. Loves only Helen
He couldn't have picked a better partner. Excellent taste. Also Myles has the skill and taste to complement, rather than upstage and ruin the song. David Draiman is a phenomenal singer in his own right, so I don't think he was too worried.
David Draiman and Myles Fucking Kennedy... two of the best singers in modern rock/metal singing this song together... so glad this happened! Incredible performance. THIS is what real talent sounds like!
David’s voice is so deep and is so strong that it penetrates your soul. Best part is on the line “to the neon god they made”. For me that’s the climax. On the other hand, Myles 2nd voice in soprano is very soothing and I have to say is harder vocally!!! Myles last note of silence really resonates 👏👏👏👏👏
Myles Kennedy is one of the greatest living rock/metal singers, has a gigantic range, and is able to make his voice do literally anything he wants it to. He's a force of nature. Shame he's wasted most of his career in a frickin' Christian rock band, but I always look forward to his guest spots on other artists' albums and shows.
Now check the life performance of the dutch opera singer Henk Poort. He sang this version of Disturbed life on tv as a tribute and went out of his comfort zone. It was a 1 time song but fans all over Europe wants him now as s guest performer at Nightwish.
What an absolutely epic performance of an iconic song, one for the ages. Draiman and Kennedy's harmonizing vocals made for a powerfully haunting experience. I was in Houston and lucky enough to get tickets for this show and the electric feeling from that night has stayed with me. 🤘

How did I just find this?! TH-cam recommends sucks, took 4 years! Taking my favourite singer of all time and putting him with one of the greatest vocal performers of the century.
While I was very sceptical about this and having worked with Paul Simon on some his tours this has got to be one of best cover versions of this classic song I have have heard. I was absolutely blown away by what I heard, they kept to the original and made it their own. Superb!
Myles Kennedy beyond epic. Most of the time i am kind of a zombie but this touches me deep down inside. Checking once in a while i am still alive deeply touched by this performance

That was fabulous, Disturbed and Myles! No one can sing that song like Disturbed!!!! I have to listen to it everyday!!! What a voice and as he gets deeper into the song, man his voice gives me cold chills. Great job!!!
JD With audio she is good, but live, she is amazing. Just saw the Rob Zombie, Korn, and In This Moment concert a few weeks back (great concert btw) but live she is amazing.
Bryce Birkinbine : Yes Maria Brink has come a long way since In This Moments first album. She can sing and scream better than ever. I unfortunately feel like they went a bit too far into over dramatics with 'Black Widow'. There are some good songs on that album, but they went to far in the wrong direction 'Blood' started. That doesn't take away from her vocal ability, but hoping In This Moment return a bit more to the heavy for their next album personally.
I don't know if the lead singer will ever read this, but hear me. The resonance struck such a deep chord, bone marrow-deep, you did the right thing when your assistant told you to keep it ambient. Your cover really is able to awaken the ability to experience bone-shattering empathy for others. Thank you!
And when this song came out by Simon and Garfunkel when I was just a kid, it was HUGE. But when Disturbed covered it the true meaning was felt. First time hearing this live performance. Uh-fucking-mazing! thanks for posting.
It take a humble man to invite somoneone on the stage to share the thunder like this. He understands that this is all created because of fans, so he put his ego aside to dish out a chilling performance. Brilliant

The meaning of this song is about how society is not comunicating with each other. How we worship the glitter and glam. How we keep quiet about injustice instead of standing up and fighting. How we are now insensitive to wrong and just go with the flow. The 60's were all about the establishment/status quo.
This society now is full of sheep and or cop haters.

Ring Them Bells - Bob Dylan.
Miles Kennedy’s voice is certainly the reason why Alter Bridge is so amazing. Truly kills it not only in his own band but also in this.
you know a band is good when the studio version sounds just as good as the live version
or lip syncing which...i want to think david or the others wouldnts...but i saw somthing one time *shudders* nope nope surpress iy they are gods
I agree with you very much
Probably camera sync being wrong
this can''t be lip syncing for this version at least for Myles i think its a first performance together
+Teodor Dobrev yhbut idk
What Myles Kennedy has done here, I did not think was humanly possible
Not only did Myles hold his own. He effing NAILED it!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Both David and Miles have perfect voices by themselves. Put them together and you get something you can't describe with mere words, it's beyond explanation
Jordan Schoepke EXACTLY what I was thinking.
They sing great together!! Wow!!
omfg does anyone realize what an insanely difficult harmony Myles was doing holy fuck!!!! BRAVO to both David and Myles wow great job guys that was BRILLIANT!!!!
Harmonies on any song is difficult to say the least...These two nailed it!
Yeah! It's mezmerizing to listen to! I am really in awe of Myles K, what an incredible feat!!! ❤👏❤
Yes, it is incredible!
His part has become almost a vocal warm up for me, its very challenging but it really makes you work to hit the high notes(without falsetto) so when you aren't singing that high while performing or recording your voice sounds extra good lol
Look up wardruna
High School in 1962. Vietnam in 1967, and I came home. So you might say I've heard all the originals of what we now hear as covers. And yes, although I've put away the LPs and Cds etc, I still pull them out occassionally. Having said all that, this has to be the best cover of The Sound of Silence I have ever heard. And the music goes on, and it will.
Thank you for your service
I was born in 67. I’m glad you were on the fence protecting me. Thank you.
Old timer
Still one of the best duo performances ever! Peace and happiness in 2024
The best way I can describe this is the cover that Disturbed originally did is a canvas, and they created a beautiful piece of art that had never been seen before.
Hello Maddy
How are you doing?
It's nice to have you here!
Wow, what an amazing performance👏 Myles Kennedy did an amazing job.😊
I'M 72 years old. I think this is my new favorite band. This guy's voice is unbelievable.my former favorite band was Jethro Tull. I would love to see these guys in concert, But at my age , I probably wouldn't be accepted in the audience. But man, These guys are so talented. And their
Songs have such great messages, they touch my heart. I'm sorry I didn't discover them sooner.
Everyone’s accepted at these kinds of concerts, get out there and fulfill your dreams!
Age is just a number dont dwell on it
yes i agree with the other comments, i am 68 and still 16! i can say no one cares about our age at concerts , if you look around so many are our age, i have followed Shinedown for over 20 years i see them every single time they are here around baltimore,md one day these young ones will be us, and think the same way! get out and enjoy, just because we grow old , doesn't mean we are! oh one more thing, bands like the stones etc older than us and are still out there rocking! so why can't we!
Aye @@alwayssme

It’s just absolutely beautiful!
Never heard of this Miles dude. He is so intentional with his voice, every note is perfection and he is not singing predictable harmony. It is unbelievable how difficult his part was and to sound perfect live!!! Waaaa????
Really? You really should check more of Myles Kennedy!

Find where he perform Hallelujah with jeff Buckley's guitar
hard to have never heard myles
the guy has been everywhere for over 20 years, 6 albums with AB ,2 with four mayfieldfour, 3 with slash, 2 solo album, and lots of featuring
He is the best male rock singer ever in my opinion
Metal delivers once again. These two annihilate absolutely everything in the pop-realm, no hiding behind auto-tuning and distracting visuals that may help them sell the show. A barstool and a mic is all that is needed.
Amen brother
I love these guys and especially this song, but there are some good pop singers (and a lot of shit ones 😜). But none who could come CLOSE to this duet 🙌🏼 I’m just gutted I wasn’t there live.
Hell yeah
and they are nothing without the original ....
Fuck yes Rodney
2 absolute pure, powerful singers right there! Doesn’t get any better!
This might be the best thing I have ever heard. Absolute perfection. I don't care what genre of music you are into. This is brilliant.
Totally agree. I don’t even know how many times I must have listened too it and it gives me chills every time. One of my top five songs of all time, if not number 1.
Agree totally
Tim Busekrus Agreed 100%
it's THE BEST song i've ever heard, bar none. i love all music, but this takes the cake.
Besides November Rain rare audio vision 1987 the best song ever! Thumps up Disturbed🙏🏻
Very few singers improve a classic song but my god this man has created a masterpiece.
Listen to Corey Taylor his cover of Heading out to the highway. He nailed it!
Both totally compliment each other
What else do you think they could cover? Bohemian rhapsody?
Absolutely!
yep
Myles is one of the most humble artists I have ever listened to. His voice gives me chills! David and Myles are the best!
The most beautiful rendition of this I've ever heard by 2 of the best singers in music.
Disturbed broke the world when they did the sound of silence cover originally. And now this, god damn where is their got damn awards or somethin
good music doesnt get awards, easy mainstream poppy kind of music gets awards, thats why awards mean nothing
This band is absolutely amazing. Hear them live and you'll see first hand how truly good they are.
Ghost Notes I wish I could have seen them with Alter Bridge. Alter Bridge is my favorite band but disturbed is kickass too
This duet is one of the greatest legacies that music leaves for humanity. The music is perfect, but it's taken to another level.
Amazing!!!!!!!!! I love Disturbed's cover of this but adding Miles Kennedy was incredible!!!!!!
For fucks sake! Where have I been the last 6 years?!? I’m 66 years old and I have NEVER been moved by a piece of music as much as I was listening to this rendition. Absolutely the best!
You're not alone, Mr. Kennedy.....I'm sobbing over here. Amazing cover
😆 LOL! I’m 67 and I only recently found this one too! But, if you really want to be moved to tears, watch the ‘solo’ video that David does (it’s done in black and white) of this song! To me, that one is even better in some ways than this version (which I do ❤️ also)!
@@elainemeyer5062 saw it! Just as good!
In today's world, absolutely difficult! Pre 2000s, you needed to have TALENT, and I repeat, TALENT, to enter the industry!
1000 years from now,in some ancient hall, two shall gather and perform this ancient classic piece before a stunned silent audience..who never new that such music ever existed.
And who wept for the force and majesty of true emotion that moved thru them at such depth leaving them healed, transformed & grown.
One of the best pieces of music in the last 100 years.
It is incredible song
I think the first one that comes to mind is probably this from his recent solo album: th-cam.com/video/AUxZNFkmbOE/w-d-xo.html

Check out Slash with Miles Kennedy and the Conspirators, now that's an amazing setup.
If Disturbed and Myles ever made a studio version of this, I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Dalton Akers absolutely

I've heard this version dozens of times. Every time I feel dizzy after hearing it. Wasn't til today that I realized it's because I stop breathing through most of it. Absolutely breathtaking!
This.... just... this. You don't need anything more, than this song to send shivers throughout your whole body and make you realize how much you love music.
I only listen to Christian Music but for some very strange reason I absolutely love this song done by Disturbed who would of guessed ?????
I cannot believe how beautiful this harmony is, so bloody incredible
That is truly one of the most amazing duets I have ever heard...precision, harmony, power and strength of voice as well as emotion, simply aurally orgasmic.
David Draiman and Myles Kennedy make the greatest duet of all time
There's places in there where Myles sounds like an entire chorus! Wow! Just Wow!
This got to be the most respectful redone song of all time. Thank you David and crew.
I said that no one could improve on the sound of silence. Then Disturbed got involved. I then said "Now, no one could improve the sound of silence". Then Myles Kennedy got involved.
Absolutely agreed! I would give anything to hear this performance live 😍
Couldn't agree more. As for the 1500 "people" that dislike this...GO JUMP OFF A CLIFF YOU DIRTY TROLLS.
Damn accurate, holy shit, is this cover even real?
I will be watching this relentlessly for days to come!💞💖🤘🎶
The fact Myles Kennedy was able to sing so well with David is amazing. David's voice is so strong but the harmony was just goose bump worthy
I spent more than 4 minutes with my jaw dropped and goosebumps all over my skin... DAMN!

That's ballsy having the greatest vocalist in rock come sing with you. Well done.
He couldn't have picked a better partner. Excellent taste. Also Myles has the skill and taste to complement, rather than upstage and ruin the song. David Draiman is a phenomenal singer in his own right, so I don't think he was too worried.
Yeah I know. Especially going to their concert and jumping on stage with them to perform...
Good, but not the greatest vocalist in rock.
David's better rhen myles imo. Myles uses that nasaly voice to hit high notes. It doesent sound that good to me.

I think they kicked the shit out of it. And there gonna kee]p get ten better raw
How good is it that it seems Myles almost on the fly adjusts his register to allow Draiman all the space he needs yet still sounds incredible himself

Two of the best vocalists in modern rock.
Mariah Brink from In This Moment is up there as well
+Bryce Birkinbine Not sure if serious...
JD With audio she is good, but live, she is amazing. Just saw the Rob Zombie, Korn, and In This Moment concert a few weeks back (great concert btw) but live she is amazing.
Agreed brother!
Yeah, it is amazing, and I feel the same way. It cuts right through you. You feel it, in this version, for sure.
the true dark meaning of the song... bares its fangs...
I am moved to tears by the beauty of this rendition, thank you.
This just made my day, week, month and year.

I thought it couldn't get better. I was wrong. Now I need to search for this other band. What a great duet.
