DISGUSTED !! Worst Expereince I am facing while claiming Kawasaki Z900 parts under warranty !

Well, I purchased the Kawasaki Z900 on 2022 and things were going all good. The only thing that was bothering me was that the engine was OVERHEATING quite frequently.
initially I thougt that it was because of the way how I drive the bike or maybe due to the usage of normal petrol in the bike.
But, things did go wrong when I visited the service center on 8th July 2023, and they found out that the Radiator fan was damaged (manufacturing issue).
Gave it for replacement under warranty and this is when the real problem started !!!

Sad dada. I believe i need to get the PUC and Insurance while the bike stays at service center !!

It's a known fact any part replacement mostly take 3months

@souravmahato6292 : yes agreed. But what abt if a person is unaware of the same timing. Or say there is no update from the service center. Or the service center has not informed abt the actual time that can take. ( actual is difficult but they must not say within 20-30 days it will be done atleast ). And then change words of date !!

I did get the update. About 3 days back they confirmed that the fan will reach India in 7 days and the within 7 more days to kolkata
