1200 miles of gentle running in is going well then.....
I thought that myself pretty sure all manufacturers say first 1200 miles go easy and only rev upto 3,500 rpm and no more than that.
@@britishfilmguy exactly that... These actually run at lower power and different trans oil for the first 1200 miles, again no heavy revving... Then when you take it back for its 1200 mile service they change the trans oil and put it up to full power
@@mikeymccollum9928 thought that was the case.. was surprised she gave it the beans that's literally a brand new motor under the bonnet so not really ready to be thrashed straight away.

Epic car in every way.... had one for Prep to go out to a customer 2 weeks ago & at the fuel station it got a crowd around it.
becky my son had an accident some a..h..e went up the back spun him around and he hit a brigde fencing and wrote off the car the other person who clipped him done a runner he was in a audi 3 series all on xmas 24th he spent 3 days in intensive care but luckly pulled threw but still got headaches so is under observation and his fiance was also in the toyota chaser and suffered a broken hand , but lucky for them there still alive , you know that i am disabled and have to go to hospital regularly BUT GOD KEEPS US SAFE , good luck to any and everyone who enters . x
The grill looks half done, waiting to be finished properly.
My opinion of that front end hasn't changed. Just don't have the two nostrils extend up the bonnet and top of front bumper! That would fix it!
I think the M3 Touring is one of the best cars that is unlikely to be offered in the USA, Canada and South Africa.
I’m a huge fan of station wagons, especially the fast ones like the M3 G81.
I think BMW is underestimating interest in possible Touring sales in these countries. I've had my G82 M4C for a few months now and love it but, I would have waited for the Touring had I been given the option here in the States.
@@Peanutdenver I think you will be getting the upcoming M5 Touring G99 in the States. It will use a PHEV V8 powertrain with as much as 700hp and up to 738lbft of torque.
It’s set to begin production in November 2024, and probably if it does get confirmed for America, sales there will commence sometime in 2025, so it’s a bit of a wait, but it’s good that later on an M wagon will finally be available in your market.
@@DaveDVideoMaker Please tell me you're telling the truth because I've longed for a M Touring ever since I saw the B7 RS4 and that was an Audi. It just has to be a BMW M car, I've had enough of Audi in my life. Also, thanks for the information.

Of course, there will be the sedan M5; the next generation will commence production in July 2024.

The intercooler and radiator are exposed I would put sum black mesh to protect them that car can hit sum serious speed

Not me though. I said throughout that the original concept leading to the G82 looked good and moved BMW in a more interesting direction, the G22 perhaps didn't show the idea at its best, the G8X got closer and looked better. I like the G83 look best.
It's a shame for BMW's sales, and perhaps their designer and management's belief in themselves that more people didn't get it quicker. With semiconductor / production issues in the industry it probably had less adverse impact than it might.
All it needs is an Adro front bumper instead! lifts the design a lot!

The car looks great! But I would choose a different color! But for that money what it cost here in the netherlands you can buy a 2nd hand m5 or Porsche Panamera/cayenne, MB e63 amg,Audi rs6! I don't know what it cost in the uk. But in the netherlands it's €176000,- thats 154.204,93 gbp.
In Thailand €600000 import tax 300% so that’s peanuts
Performance and engine note are lovely. Interior is like a tarts handbag. Would be concerned about rocks and debris hitting rad and intercooler.
Absolutely hate the new Idrive 8, another reason I just bought a new M4CX with the Idrive 7.

People weren't against the platform, they were against the front grills. And I still am against them because they're ugly. The M4 as a whole is just a bad design as well, the M3 is much better because it looks wider and more squat like an M car should. Despite what I think of the grills, it's still amazing that they've made an M3 wagon and it would be an epic car to own.
