  • Kubota BH77 Bushing replacement
Seems like many of you troll Kubota videos to say something stupid or non-constructive. Yes, I understand this isn't a large tractor. No, it's not a excavator, or a skidsteer. Yeah I understand you hate those city-slickers who don't actually plow a field. Yes, I use the crap out of my tractor, and i do maintenance on it to keep it in good working order. (thank you for noticing). I'm sure your tractor is much larger and a better use of your dollar than mine is. I know I know you think Kubota is a terrible tractor and a terrible investment because you or your husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, cousin had a bad experience with one. Thank you for your concern.
FOR THE REST OF YOU SANE INDIVIDUALS:
I got the tractor that i could afford, and the one that i could move.
    Kubota L3200 HST 4x4
    With Kubota BH77 Backhoe.
And a lot of other attachments see link below.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
This video is about fixing the bushings in my BH77 Backhoe, i realized after i had it appear that the bushing had been removed by my brother while he had the tractor to build his house.

You made it look easy. Seen several videos that required drilling and welding new metal sleeves. Thanks for putting this one out there.

Great Video, You should look into a lock n lube for your grease gun. Makes greasing way easier.

A suggestion for anyone who works on any type of equipment. Accumulate a selection of aluminum drifts in various lengths and diameters to prevent the deformation that you saw on the pin. Also, you can grip the drift with a pair of Vise-Grips, to save your holding hand from being mushroomed by the hammer.

If they give you that much crap I'd hate to see what they think about my L3901. It's almost like their offended you spent YOUR money.... Great videos, I enjoy them. I have an RV pad project and I'm shopping around for a box 6 foot box blade. I regret not letting the salesman talk me into more implements when I bought it.

A box blade is definitely the way to go you won't regret it!

Don't let the trolls get to you, I love my little bx25. A Small tractor has a place and if used right can do everything a fella needs. Kubota should hook ya up with some free stuff for showing how easy it was to change bushings.

The ultra clean shop reveals your lack of experience! Ha, great video though I gave thumbs up.

Daniel, how much play do you have between the boom and dipper? I had enough in my BH76 that I added an extra factory square shim and there is still a bit more slack too.

I've done maintenance on machinery for 25 years. Roll with it. If it f's up again then find out. Other than that get it back working and making money.

Hi Daniel,, enjoy your channel. I have a Kubota L2501 with the BH77 Hoe.. You made a comment in another video about a design fault with the BH77. Could you please expand on that.
    Thank

I never have been impressed with the slop in Kubota's small backhoes. Have seen some pretty poor repairs. You did well. However, that was too easy. Am thinking the cylinder eye is worn. I am far from an expert. You can reborn it and install thicker bushings.

Daniel, have you ever dealt with a stuck pin? I'm grabbling with that now on my Kubota. Please reply with advice. Thank you.

Please, it’s far to dark to see. Lighting is needed. Decent LED or a filming friendly alternative…

Hopefully you did not put the bushings in backwards..........? If you did they won't take grease properly.

I think you should stop letting your brother work on your equipment.... You are lucky you didn't run it long without bushings, You would end up damaging the cylinder rod eye and then it would have to be repaired (welded up and bored) or replaced. Good eye catching the problem quick

yup i agree about letting my brother use my tractor, his house is all finished know so i dont think he will have any need for a long time.
