doctors are not always right about nutrition. As a nutritionist I can say this reel is totally misleading. Lipids are really important and in caloric terms it must be at least 20% of your diet. In no way it can be covered without oil and ghee. Lipids fulfill various functions like it helps in absorbing fat soluble vitamin, does cushioning of organs and great for insulation. Also it is very important for healthy joints.
And if we talk about heat level then if it's not smoking hot then there is no harm.

All these so called studies are funded by these fancy olive, sesame bla bla oil companies to create fear psychosis. You need a solid story to market any product. What you are saying is similar like when we use artificial sweetners, supplements we knit pick even the smallest of things but when it comes to junk food we don't even look for anything bad. It's the same ideology which has helped green tea build a billion dollar market today.
When I was studying for nutrition, many doctors were also there and they too said that they never studied nutrition as their core subject until or unless it's their speciality.
