I bought this one from Kogan (www.kogan.com/au/buy/kogan-4k-dual-screen-action-camera) and mounted it with a chin strap (www.kogan.com/au/buy/zoestore-full-face-helmet-chin-mount-jaw-holder-motorcycle-helmet-strap-for-gopro-hero-d6985) It was very easy to put together, and works well with the waterproof case on the camera.

Yes, they have no issues as long as it's secured properly.
