Well hi HN, just watched your video at 10:30 in the evening here in nw uk,today was again wet and cold best temp 6deg C tomorrow looks similar but march 2nd so not long to get better weather, my nephew lives in Melbourne he has 3 shops that make keys and repair shoes and mobiles, he also rides motorcycles, thanks for video I am just buying all gear to have a go at vlogging, at 69 yrs left it a bit late but going to do it,I have also a hunter and a 350 bullet, I live near our Lake District very scenic, good look HN, looking forward to more of your vids, take care Ted alias Bay Bimbler.

Thinking of either buying the Hunter350 or the GT650 as my first bike. I live in Mongolia so we only have 3-4 months of “good” riding weather. So it’s a big investment for me. Seeing your video makes me excited for summer! I’ll go to my Royal Dealership and hopefully make a decision soon.

I like riding my HD Street Glide alone as well as with a group. But on my RE Himalayan, definitely alone. I’m just getting started on recording my rides and your content inspires me. Keep up the great work!
Another great video. Just to answer your question - 90% of my rides are alone. I have two firends I ride with on occasion but coordinating a time and place that suits us both can be annoying and so I end up going on my own. I tend to ride about 12,000 kms per year.
I am also a bit of introvert , have my set of friends with whom i hang out. There are times when i want to be left alone 😅and not hang out with people . But bikes are different thing , see i just learnt to properly ride a bike recently when i got my first bike .i.e. a used Suzuki Gixxer 155 naked bike. I would love to ride solo , go on a short ride of 50 to 100km atleast at first. But I am going to have to go with friends first in order to gain some confidence. Then when i get the hang of it, i will do solo rides. Anyway Summer is starting here in India from March onwards and ending in Australia 😅. Ain't that something 😂? Well temperatures here may rise to 40 or 42 degree celcius in the day time on a hot day in Mumbai atleast . How much temperature is there in Melbourne, Australia on a hot sunny day in summer vacation ?
Hey, thanks for the message. So good to know that you have taken up motorbikes. My very first bike growing up in India was a Yamaha RXZ135 😊😊 enjoy motorcycles 👍🏼👍🏼 ride safe. Melbourne can get up to 40+ around December- January but this year we haven’t breached 38 degrees.
@@TheHalfNomad 38 degrees is a bit cooler than i expected, I wish it could be like that in India but it will climb up till 42 or more if may comes up. My uncle also had a yamaha RX135 from the same Yamaha family of 2 strokes 🤌😎2 decades back atleast. Those were some fun times man . 🙌😅❤️
Hey mate, i noticed you have the bar end mirrors. I've just upgraded mine and now wish I'd done it sooner - visibility is perfect now. Was wondering if you're still running the stock Ceat tyres or have changed those?
Yes them bar end mirrors made so much difference from the stock mirrors. I am running the stock ceat tyres. Will change them soon I reckon, they are not bad but not all that confidence inspiring in tricky terrain😊👍🏼
@@TheHalfNomad Same, I'll run these down and see what's available. The Ceats aren't great in the wet apparently. Some YT's seem to recommend the Michelin Road 6's which I'll check out.
