I love watching these productivity videos.Doing that makes me feel so productive..like "adulty"😂😂..like I am doing something with my life.Anyone with me?
This was much more clear than any other video I found 'til now! It actually helped me understand how this works. I think I may try to implement this in my journal tomorrow! Thank you so much!
Completely love this!!! Thanks for showing your whole process - its super validating and helpful :) something in me does not like the word backlog lol, I might try adding 'Upcoming' to my kanban. Hope you have a great day!
Upcoming, I like that! I didn’t like backlog either. I think that is what was holding me back. I’m going to steal that and update mine!!! Thanks for watching.
I’m planning to try a kanban board for the first time next quarter and I *know* I’ll only use it if it’s in my bullet journal - this is a really helpful video for how to possibly set it up so thank you 💕✅
I have ADHD (just diagnosed). But am recovering from burn out caused bij the adhd in combination with a new job and a lack of structure in it. So when I go back to work I will definitely try this
Great video! I have a friendly suggestion. To prevent a cluttered To Do page, what about providing each project with its own To Do, Doing, "Upcoming", Done section? Actually, the "Upcoming" section can share the same page with the To-Do section.
How do you keep track of all of tasks/steps that are involved with task on the sticky note? If the stick note is File Taxes, how do you manage every task involved with filing tour taxes?
The individual task would be in a project management software or my one note. This board is more for project visualization. If I was a resource on a project or a home project it would be structured as “to do, doing, done” and yes that would be more granular of a task.
Sarah, is this Kanban in your work bujo or in your Cousin Avec? Thanks! ...and then you answered. I need to stop asking questions mid TH-cam. LOL. BUJO, got it!
@@PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler ok, one other question. In one of your videos you mentioned doing your bullet journaling on the daily pages of your Hobo Cousin instead of in your Stalogy. Did I misunderstand, or are you going to try to put it all in your Cousin Avec this year? Thanks!
@@gardeningbyheart4912 Sorry, Karen just seeing this question! I was trying to put it all in one however, it worked out sorta. I missed having the extra space to process thoughts so went back to my Work Bujo.
@@PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler got ya! Yes, I have both now. I made some decisions about where to put things. I think I might need more project planning stickers. Part of my job is planning educational events. I treat each as it's own project. :) I'm sure you'll be hearing from me on Etsy soon.

Love this! I work in Agile and I’m a Planner so I can really appreciate how you married the two methods together!

"Upcoming" is good. I've also used the food storage/prep analogy, e.g., "Freezer --> Fridge --> Counter --> Table --> Plate"

Love it! Clean and focused! I like your set up better than the others I’ve seen. Thank you! I’m going to use it!
Thank you! I am glad you found it helpful!
I love this setup. It's perfect. Thanks for sharing. And I adore this post it colors.
Thank you for watching!!!
I appreciate seeing your process sped up with a narration. thanks! Also, what is the name of the font on your stickers?
Love this setup. I am using it !!! Also love those sticky notes.
So glad you liked it, I will be doing an updated one in a couple weeks so be on the look out!

That is a good idea. I am always torn about having them on the same page. Next kanban I just may try it out. Thanks for watching!
@@PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler Sounds good! 😃
I really like this. I hope to start one myself soon
Nice, thank you

Did it work?
I would think the notes will drop off more in a journal
it is such a pity your stickers cost 17 euros to be delivered to belgium! (taxes not included) i love them!
I know, I wish I could figure out a way to make it cheaper!
