    Love this! I work in Agile and I’m a Planner so I can really appreciate how you married the two methods together!

    This was much more clear than any other video I found 'til now! It actually helped me understand how this works. I think I may try to implement this in my journal tomorrow! Thank you so much!

    Completely love this!!! Thanks for showing your whole process - its super validating and helpful :) something in me does not like the word backlog lol, I might try adding 'Upcoming' to my kanban. Hope you have a great day!

      Upcoming, I like that! I didn’t like backlog either. I think that is what was holding me back. I’m going to steal that and update mine!!! Thanks for watching.

      "Upcoming" is good. I've also used the food storage/prep analogy, e.g., "Freezer --> Fridge --> Counter --> Table --> Plate"

    I’m planning to try a kanban board for the first time next quarter and I *know* I’ll only use it if it’s in my bullet journal - this is a really helpful video for how to possibly set it up so thank you 💕✅

    I have ADHD (just diagnosed). But am recovering from burn out caused bij the adhd in combination with a new job and a lack of structure in it. So when I go back to work I will definitely try this

    Great video! I have a friendly suggestion. To prevent a cluttered To Do page, what about providing each project with its own To Do, Doing, "Upcoming", Done section? Actually, the "Upcoming" section can share the same page with the To-Do section.

    • @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler
      @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That is a good idea. I am always torn about having them on the same page. Next kanban I just may try it out. Thanks for watching!

    How do you keep track of all of tasks/steps that are involved with task on the sticky note?
    If the stick note is File Taxes, how do you manage every task involved with filing tour taxes?

    • @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler
      @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The individual task would be in a project management software or my one note. This board is more for project visualization. If I was a resource on a project or a home project it would be structured as “to do, doing, done” and yes that would be more granular of a task.

    Sarah, is this Kanban in your work bujo or in your Cousin Avec? Thanks! ...and then you answered. I need to stop asking questions mid TH-cam. LOL. BUJO, got it!

      @@PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler ok, one other question. In one of your videos you mentioned doing your bullet journaling on the daily pages of your Hobo Cousin instead of in your Stalogy. Did I misunderstand, or are you going to try to put it all in your Cousin Avec this year? Thanks!

    • @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler
      @PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@gardeningbyheart4912 Sorry, Karen just seeing this question! I was trying to put it all in one however, it worked out sorta. I missed having the extra space to process thoughts so went back to my Work Bujo.

      @@PlanTheGrindSarahWheeler got ya! Yes, I have both now. I made some decisions about where to put things. I think I might need more project planning stickers. Part of my job is planning educational events. I treat each as it's own project. :) I'm sure you'll be hearing from me on Etsy soon.
