Wow man absolutely insane. You earned that record
Much appreciated my friend 🙏🏻
I cried when you got the record! Amazing work! So inspiring!
Means a lot, thank you very much
I am currently learning basic handstand and it's hard but this is absolutely crazy! Keep it up 💪 Also, how heavy are you?
Thank you, I'm 83kg (183lbs). Good luck on your journey
You are a beast of one arm handstand
Keep going
Great job
Thank you, trying my best 🙌🏻
so incredible congratulations!!
Really appreciate it, thank you
Well done !! Even with an official.
I started my ONE ARM JOURNEY lately and I'm also uploading everything on my TH-cam Channel.
When I watch my first video and compare the level to yours. I'm way behind. 🤣
Nice one, good luck on your journey, it can be a frustrating one but very worth it when you start holding it the first few times, it's a real buzz feeling. 🤝🏼🫡
Thank you for your supportive words.
Honestly you deserve more suscribers and views than you have right now because this is an insane hardwork
Really appreciate that, hope I can inspire some along the journey
exceptionally talented and dedicated. respect bro! love from royal oak gang
Ay appreciated, thank you 🤝🏼
Amazing 👑🔥🔥🔥🔥
Appreciate it 🙌🏻
Just amazing! One of the craziest one arm progress i´ve seen, may I ask now that you mastered the bosu is it still harder to hold than on the floor? Or do you find it easier now? if not im genuinly curious, how long can you hold it on floor?
Thank you very much 🙏🏻
At first, it was much harder of course.
I was on around 20 seconds on the floor before I started learning it on the bosu. By the time I became very used to it, I kinda lost my ability to do it consistently on the floor. I would say I was on 30-40s on the bosu with about 5-10s on the floor lol. So it's definitely easier on the bosu now for me because of how much I have adapted. I'm back to about 20+s on the floor again.
I am now working on mastering all of the variations you see me perform on the bosu but on the floor.
@@adammorsel make sense! I notices something similar when trying two arm straight bar handstand on like a rocking device and felt like it became even easier than a regular straight bar with practice so I wondered if it was kind of similar to this. Great job bro! I’m working on my paralette oahs but im not even near as strong as you, let’s see how far I can get it.
GREAT MAN
Thank you
Nice brooo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you bro
Amazing and inspiring at the same time
Honoured
🙌🏾 Fantastic as always bro
Means a lot 🙌🏻
Adam is always such an inspiration I hope that I can reach his level one day
Thank you, you will
You will champion never give up
strong man
Thank you
Only one problem, you forget ur left arm.
Yea, I'm learning it currently but had a very long lasting injury on my left hand which prevented me from doing so. Also I had to focus on one arm for the world record attempt
wow thats one of the most impressive and strongest handstand ive seen. just insane.
What was your motivation to stop normal (=not bosu ) handstands? did you have the world record in your mind? why not beat the world record normal OHS ?
Thank you very much.
I just fell in love with the bosu ball training from the very first attempt. I decided to keep increasing my holds and found out that no one yet set a world record on the bosu, so it was pretty much mine for the taking after a bit more practice.
I'm back to training on the floor again since I lost a lot of hold time due to concentrating on the bosu lol.
World Record on the floor was already set, but I may end up trying to beat that too at some point.
Great effort
How tall are you?
Thanks, I'm 5"9
GOOD WORKOUT
Thank you 🙏🏻
Brother that is amazing ❤❤ I can see and also feel your hard work.
Can you give me tips how I can improve one hand stand now I can do hand stand but not on one hand
Thank you bro.
I've made a one arm handstand tutorial on my channel which you can watch. It takes a lot of practice
I used to do handstand when I was younger, was training for it recently but my wrists were wrecked immediately 😅
It's very demanding on the wrists, and I got injured for a while by not stretching prior training. Always ensure you perform a proper warmup first.
I will from now on
🔥

from 0 to hero 🏆
Bless 🙌🏻
@@adammorsel may God bless you Adam ☪️🤲
Fantastic ❤
Thank you 🙏🏻
Congratulations ? Have you tried the one arm handstand push up ?
Thank you, I've attempted on against the wall and got a decent rep - no one's done a freestanding one before as I don't believe it's even physically possible
You should try anyways !
Amazing brother❤ What's your height ?
Thank you 🙏🏻 I'm 5"9
I hope you have insurance for that one in a billion hand!
Now, one handdtand push up, be the first one!!! 🥇
Off the wall is probably not possible
@@adammorsel believe in it, and at least try it, you are closer to achieve it than most people 💪🏻💪🏻
The weighted stuff at the end.... WHAT????
Haha thank you
Is it necessary to be good on straddle one arm handstand first?
It is not, but it's the easiest variation to learn which will make everything else easier to learn when you already know how to balance
I might sound arrogant but I think I'll try for it
What's your best time? And how long have you been training for it?
50+ seconds it’s a world record? 🤨
Actually it’s not bad 🔥
For the bosu ball specifically, it had no current record, so I had to beat 45s to set it officially.
My current record is 1m 9s
Some people can hold handstands in general for a long time, but that's not without alternating each hand. Staying on one hand the whole time is much more difficult.
l will never be able to do one arm handstand
Not with that mindset
@@adammorsel Unfortunately,it is not easy to change mindset
Its Not From Zero Its Almost From 70 Percent
So I started one arm handstand training on day 1, already knowing how to one arm handstand?
@@adammorsel Oh Great 👍. Im Learning Now But Im Still Zero 😭
