I really invested a lot of time in this video, really appreciate if you like the video, and share🙏🏼 I have many more videos and many more goals that I have succeeded along the way (such as Planche), if you want me to upload more such videos of progress, comment on the video what progress you want to see, I read everything.
Oh my god this is so incredible. You are an amazing athlete. I've been following your for like a year already and been inspired by you a lot. This video gave me huge motivation to keep getting better. Now my record is 30 seconds of oahs and one minute seems like a dream. But I will grind no matter what. Much love from Ukraine bro💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Man same kinda story for me, I was about 14 and saw a guy doing muscle ups and one-arm pull-ups at school and vowed I would do it as well, I didn't really start training very hard until I got a human flag and 1 arm pullup, that jacked up my confidence and now I'm training planche and one arm handstand, I have about 7 seconds second holds for both straddle planche and one arm handstand atm, great work, and good inspiration.
Or, I just discovered this video and your channel. Wow! This video is inspiring and educational. After watching the video three times from beginning to end, I have now sat down with coffee, pencil, paper, and am taking notes. You are so disciplined toward the end-goal; yet, you weave in so many variations along the way. This is something I know I should do, but I forget or am not sure what variations to try. Your variations are creative and entertaining. Keep up the practice and thank you for sharing! I look forward to watching more of your work and trying your ideas in my future practices. Thank you.
So happy to see this comment bro, I keep going and I have much new skills and more will come, you can do it too, and if you don’t follow my instagram (@or_sagiv_) I have so much videos out there….

your one handed handstand form is clean bro who teached you the technique? and what is the key . i usually put my right arm slightly bent and I put my weigh to my pinky or sweet finger direction but yours are different, I saw your fingers are point to the 90 degree do u locked your arm to stomach in that particular line?
Yes, the longest took 2 months, but I learned a lot about my body, and in the last 2 years I didn’t have any serious injuries (not more than 5 days rest), this is a process to do to understand your body.
did you only do handstand workouts or did you also do some arm workouts? very nice, i did calastectics for about 7 months but then i gave up. but you inspired me today so i will start again 🙏
I did typical strenght training for about a year or two before I started HS. It helped a lot to llow me to be able to handle (ironic) the strain some of the move can put on your body. Youd be suprised how fatigued your wrist can get from one arm handstands. If you start stretching your legs rn it will help in future. Straddle OAHS is significantly easier then Full OAHS, and if you want a good looking straddle OAHS, you wanna have good hip mobility.
Thank you for uploading this; it is very motivational. I'm going to be through the same path thanks to you. Upload my first attempt to IG and TH-cam. Keep going strong brah! 💪

Nice video!! Did u have any injury during the 4 years of progression?

specifically id focus on the pancake stretch.
but to answer your question I have not trained typical strenght trainign other then HS push-up for like a year, and I have only gotten stronger.

Impressive, bro.
Did you do it every day?
Yes, 6 days a week
Amazing brother ❤️ ❤️ just want to know did your height increase by doing this or simply did it has any effect on your hieght
This is probably not involved the height, not grow or less…. Not connected I think, and thanks
Commitment!
Brother why don't you make tutorial
I have course where I teach everything how to get to my level
Bro it took me 3 days to learn the press to handstand after I got the handstand
Every one is different, I know people how had press to handstand before they got the handstand
one arm handstand tutorials
I will make in the future
Insanity
Hi bro this inspired me, i have a question, if have a good middle split, will it become easier to balance the one arm handstand?
Maybe bro, but first try to get 1 min normal handstand with perfect line before start working on one arm handstand
