The reason greens only drop armor materials is b/c Banshee is getting lonely in the tower and wants more people to visit him and since he sells weapon parts they don't drop that often. Stupid gunsmith lol.
Bungie logic states that they cannot change a weapons damage in pvp without it changing in pve. Cuz basically you're using the exact same thing for either activity.
your not going to get hand of judgement from the challenge packages. That gives you Queen's Wrath weapons. Ranking up in House of Judgement gives you Hand of Judgement
