      Makita good tools -but overpriced
      Metabo HPT has been replacing many of my Milwaukee and Makita tools over the last 3 yrs due to great durability, lifetime warranty, great pricing, 36V batteries backwards compatible with both 18V and 36V tools, AC adapter option and great innovation

    8:54 I am afraid Makita takes that cake as well. With (as of spring 2021) "320+" 18V tools and counting they are way ahead of Milwaukees "200+". In typical japanese fashion they sunk their teeth into something and they just won't let go again.

    Great video man, very detailed, and I'm glad with this video. I was already leaning more towards the makita. So far best video comparison.

    Makita corded items are always my top picks. Milwaukee really sucks on ergonomics, which DeWalt seem to excel on. But Milwaukee has more crazy fun stuff. If you need a basic set of cordless tools and don't want to go Fein or Hilti, I would say Makita is the best choice. With the new 40V platform, it's a good bandwagon to jump on.

      The makita has a built in shut off device in many devices. From my experience the dewalt are like horses and wil ride themselves to death. I am more concerned about how much vibration they have as it gets to you over the course of a day.

    I've millwaukee for many years, super disappointed 😞 all of a sudden just stops working, my buddy I'm working with he is a fan of dewalt never had problems like this. Plus I've things like this with millwaukee with batteries too and they are pretty weak durability in cold conditions super weak

      @@jccayer it's cool I was just joking with you. But great review and I gotta ask for the set containing the makita sawzall, Impact gun, Hammer drill and Flash light a better deal than getting the expensive FUEL set?

    • @jamesruppert3152
      @jamesruppert3152 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I swear from what I used of my dad's makita it was so tightly functional. It was sound and the sawzall cuts PVC straighter. But I haven't had a chance to compare the 2 because everyone at my company is FUEL boys.

    • @jccayer
      @jccayer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jamesruppert3152 I'll try my best to mix in more tools in the background in the future. Since we have more Milwaukee tools in stock and on order (in most cases), it's easier for me to keep them on set as a prop.

    • @jccayer
      @jccayer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jamesruppert3152 In most cases, there isn't a drastic difference between reputable brands. If I can choose again, I might go with Makita personally just because I trust the Japanese a bit more (I am biased).
