Replacement arrived!By the way, I did forget to mention that the original lure did have a decent strike however as most anglers will attest you can get a hit th-cam.com/users/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 and fish will hang on and release lure. I used the replacement lure yesterday and ran thru a Shimano Waxwing, Kastmaster, Bobber (set to sink). I found the does run deep (I casting on the flats 3.5'). Make sure you adjust your rate of retrieve and rod tip angle (up) to prevent getting snagged on bottom. Used it a couple of times and action was very lifelike (looked like local bait fish for trevally), craftsmanship very good....however eyeball fell out. I asked for replacement and it is on it's way! It was very easy to change out treble to single inline hook.
One good plastic swimbait that has a good body wobble n tail spin is the reaction innovation skinny dipper... I catch more fish on them then other swim bait. I guess that body roll does the trick
No you can't reel and have your finger on the line at the same time, with the right light like and a very good rod you should feel any hits through the rod no need to feel the line
I learned so much from this one quick video that it blows my mind. Thank you! 🤝

You can always tell its an Australian because the rèel handle is on the wrong side . Rex Hunt has tried but to little avail.
I'm an Australian and it's one of my pet hates! But it's hard to get someone out of the habit!
I'm sure he had some awesome fishing tips. But... I was too distracted by his inability to use a spinning reel.
