What a fun little sandwich shop - those subs looked amazing. Every Sunday morning, my 2 girls say: “New Beard today!” Thanks for bringing smiles to our faces.
Because they put their soul into their food. They believe in providing people with a real meal and nice conversation. They know many of their customers won't get either anywhere else in their life. These shops are owned by salt of the earth people and you can travel up and down the east coast and find these shops all along the way and the only thing that changes is the accents and the verbiage, the people are all the same: humble, kind and caring.
I was always wondering why other places didn't do this! Cool to see one with a running lottery. For those challenges that haven't been beaten for years, there could be several hundred dollars in the pot. That would definitely encourage other to try, which would increase the money in the pot more.
@@RavenMobile i think thats why you should be able to see it. that will force others to try and with that, you make more money. maybe sometimes local news if theres a huge pot - and then even more ppl coming. but sure, you have to make it very hard for usual customers without 3-4 stomaches :D
@@RavenMobile what they are doing is actually illegal. you need a license to run lotteries. small shops can get away with it cause nobody really cares but big restaurants chains would never be allowed to do that.
As a person with dental issues and as a result is forced to a very limited diet, seeing you enjoy so many wonderful dishes brings me great joy. Please keep eating for us that cannot!
Eh... I can relate to that. I'm used to have severe caries on my back teeth back in my teenage years, I went to a dentist clinic to have a minor surgery to get rid one my back teeth. Can't eat solid food for months. However, It's worth the effort tho. Hope you pulled it through.
What I really like about you is the way you respect the food. I've watched other people doing eating challenges whose table manners put me off my feed.
These are the videos that make me want to travel the country just to experience the food and people. This looked like an awesome place! Good vibes and good food, all you need.
I think what I'm impressed most about is how clean he did this challenge. 20" of meatball sub and 20" of chicken parm sounds like it would look like a bomb went off on the table, but beard barely got the butcher paper dirty. Those looked so yummy. Now I'm craving chicken parm.
As a New Englander Born in NH I love these small little mom n pops. Great bunch of people and very friendly. Always down for a laugh. And never sleep on the tasty food in these little towns. Some of the best. Great fun Beard, thanks for the video 😁✌️
@Beardmeatsfood you are the standard for all food challenges. If you can’t do it, then it’s an absurd amount, can’t be done, and must be scaled back. If it’s unachievable then it’s rigged and pointless. You’re a man of the people. Thanks for having such a positive and fun personality. Obviously we love watching the challenges and the delicious food but your attitude and personality make it fun.
Legend in that little hole in the wall forever. I wish I was close to the place, I'd love to try their subs. They looked good and a 20" sub for $20 bucks seems like a pretty solid way to go. I'd probably get 4 meals off of one of those subs.
"Well, one fella did it. Went by the name of Beard. Seven feet tall he was, with arms like tree trunks. His eyes were like steel, cold, hard. Had a shock of hair, red like the fires of Hell..." (shamelessly nicked from 'War of the Simpsons')
I like how that even though the older gentleman working there wasn't sure you were gonna finish it, he still cheered you on. The people there seemed like really nice folks!
My favourite part of the video was when the old man came in the establishment and started chatting with the worker. That was so wholesome. I felt like I traveled back in time where pals meet up for a nice sammich, chat for like an hour and then go on with their day, one to work at the sandwiches and the other...uhhh, let's say he owns a fish store.
I just love it when you come to restaurants they don't know who you are and they are simply amazed by you. Places in the US seem to be especially amazed! You rock and I hope someday to stumble into one of your challenges.

Lots of us out there just like you, you may feel alone but it's only because most of us suffer in silence.
Do you like animals? I have found volunteering at my local animal shelter has been life changing, it helps with my depression and anxiety and is letting me exercise the part of my brain that deals with making social connections without the anxiety of having to only do it with people.
Helped me as well, who knew?
This one is right up there, the warm hospitality and genuine reactions of the owners was heartwarming to watch and the God bless you at the end to top it all.
Offering a clam chowder for the road was very nice of him, they seem like lovely people
It is so wholesome seeing the people talk and shake hands coming into the shop.
What a fun little sandwich shop - those subs looked amazing.
Every Sunday morning, my 2 girls say: “New Beard today!”
Thanks for bringing smiles to our faces.
haha no worries mate thanks for watching, love to the family :)
I love these little food shops. They're always the friendliest and seem to have the most enjoyable food.
And that is so typical of New Hampshire. My relatives are from there and no one pronounces the “r” hence the “monsta” challenge name.
100!
I love the local characters like the old guy who walked in and took Beards suggestion of trying a meatball sub!
I love the 5 dollar added to the pot for failed attempts. All food challenges should have something similar!
I was always wondering why other places didn't do this! Cool to see one with a running lottery. For those challenges that haven't been beaten for years, there could be several hundred dollars in the pot. That would definitely encourage other to try, which would increase the money in the pot more.
@@RavenMobile
i think thats why you should be able to see it.
that will force others to try and with that, you make more money.
maybe sometimes local news if theres a huge pot - and then even more ppl coming.
but sure, you have to make it very hard for usual customers without 3-4 stomaches :D
@@RavenMobile what they are doing is actually illegal. you need a license to run lotteries. small shops can get away with it cause nobody really cares but big restaurants chains would never be allowed to do that.
@@realmasterkushis it really considered a lottery though? It’s not like the winner is a random person and they agreed to put the $ beforehand
@@realmasterkushnot really a lotto though, its not like any random person can do these types of challenges
As a person with dental issues and as a result is forced to a very limited diet, seeing you enjoy so many wonderful dishes brings me great joy. Please keep eating for us that cannot!
Just a meatball shake for you then heheh
Eh... I can relate to that. I'm used to have severe caries on my back teeth back in my teenage years, I went to a dentist clinic to have a minor surgery to get rid one my back teeth. Can't eat solid food for months.
However, It's worth the effort tho. Hope you pulled it through.
GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS ADAM.. SMASHED IT.. REKON I COULD HAVE DONE ONE N HALF.. DEFINITELY NOT TWO... LEGEND BROTHER..😂😂
sorry to hear that mate, appreciate the support :)
What lovely friendly people. Happy to chat all day, bless them. They will certainly be talking about you for years to come. X
What I really like about you is the way you respect the food. I've watched other people doing eating challenges whose table manners put me off my feed.
Man i love their conversations to each other it's wholesome 😊
These are the videos that make me want to travel the country just to experience the food and people. This looked like an awesome place! Good vibes and good food, all you need.
When Beardman doesn't ask about dessert menu you know it was tough :)
was thinking the same haha - No cheesecake?!k
I think it was because this place seemed to be focusing on salty take away food, not a restaurant/bakery type of place.
i got the feeling these were once gangsters and Adam felt the same lol “sod the pudding i’m outta here before they take my thumbs’ 😂
or most likely he just needed a poo
I think sometimes it's because he's doing another challenge the next day or shortly after
These small town sub or sandwich places are always amazing. I miss having one of those near me.
I think what I'm impressed most about is how clean he did this challenge. 20" of meatball sub and 20" of chicken parm sounds like it would look like a bomb went off on the table, but beard barely got the butcher paper dirty. Those looked so yummy. Now I'm craving chicken parm.
These challenges are better than the ones that give him 12 slices of bread and 4lbs of fries.
I’ll make you a chicken parm ❤️
As a New Englander Born in NH I love these small little mom n pops. Great bunch of people and very friendly. Always down for a laugh. And never sleep on the tasty food in these little towns. Some of the best. Great fun Beard, thanks for the video 😁✌️
Looks like you left the cash jackpot there to help encourage the next challenger to give it a go - very classy Beard 😇
If you ask me he put a hundred in and left, awesome fella
Yeah he would have added into it, Adam is a Gent@@Sinnegeiets
Absolute class 👍🏽
Where did you see that he left it?
@@ryukasy 11:46
Beard you bring a smile to my face... just watched the latest... now I'm binging everything again... thank you
Same. Had a rough day and this brought me some laughs and put me back on an even keel.
I mostly agree with you, but spicy challenges seem to be his only weakness.
you just know these guys are going to tell Adam's story for a long long while to come
Legend in that little hole in the wall forever. I wish I was close to the place, I'd love to try their subs. They looked good and a 20" sub for $20 bucks seems like a pretty solid way to go. I'd probably get 4 meals off of one of those subs.
"He ate 53 subs in under 20 minutes !"
"Well, one fella did it. Went by the name of Beard. Seven feet tall he was, with arms like tree trunks. His eyes were like steel, cold, hard. Had a shock of hair, red like the fires of Hell..." (shamelessly nicked from 'War of the Simpsons')
With every telling his beard grows larger.
Looks like a place I would go hang out even if the food was sub par. Could eat 2 lobster rolls tho
Those meatballs looked next level compared to what we get in subway
Subway barely even qualifies as food 😂
@@Sniperboy5551it probably doesn't qualify at all
That’s subway 🤣 they have subway in the states. Go to a proper sandwich bar and you’ll get big ones like that.
@@EonSlumber Because they don't do challenges?
Subway is like 90% bread and veggies 10% meat
I just love it when you come to restaurants they don't know who you are and they are simply amazed by you. Places in the US seem to be especially amazed! You rock and I hope someday to stumble into one of your challenges.
Loved today video. What a bunch of good people. What separates you from other eating channels is your interaction with the locals. Makes things so much more interesting to watch than just some person sitting at a table starting a timer and eating. Keep up the great content. Also put out more music. It's good. Love all yo songs. Christmas coming up, can't wait for your new single.
i'll see what i can do ;)
I like how mike came in, and immediately recognized Beardman's strategy. Homeboy knows what's up.
“Saucy meat is much easier to swallow than cold deli meat.” Those are words of a true meat swallowing champion right there😂 These dudes found out today lmao
i said what i said lol
Try that line on the Missus!.
Quite the paragon of meat swallowing
Can you eat breakfast roll 24
pause
This is legit one of my favorite videos, so far. Everyone seemed so excited.
Nothing like Beard on a Sunday. The only way to end the weekend. ❤❤
Totally agree
Everyone that works and walks into this place is exact replicas of my family. Good ole Italian New Yorkers. Solid food in my family the fact he finished those is amazing
Everyone was so genuinely kind and happy. Such a nice Sunday treat. Thank you!
cheers mate :)
Very entertaining! I love when the first guy said nicely "Uhm, I don't think you can do it. I hope you do..." -It's always fun to see their reactions after. They were genuinely happy for you.
Beard making the most of people's time ❤ Those old heads love wholesome fun. Good job Beard.
thanks mate :)
I stopped there last week for the first time. After seeing this video, i went by it and said holy crap that's where beard ate lol. So I got a chicken parm, and I gotta say, there food Is delicious. I recommed to any one in hampton falls area, if you are hungry, stop here and grab a sub, or soup or even their dessert. This place is friggin awesome. It is now my go to place for food on the road with my delivery route. Thank you beard for teaching me about a place in my neck of the Woods I never knew about. And loved seeing the pic's of you on the wall in there too 🤘🤘
I love these shops. Such genuine curiosity and kindness! We need more of this in today’s world!
Just read an article about how Costa Starbucks et z’s are opening up tons more shops in the UK…… thus killing the legendary cafes 😪 sad times
Those are old school bikers my friend the kindness is a front
3:58 I always find it that Beard knows he can win a challenge, when he “enjoys” the food before actually starting to chow. Great video as always.
I love how friendly and funny the restaurant owners are, and the witty customers: "do you have a dog under the table?"
Adam crushing it as usual , love your interactions, and showing us places we wouldn't normally see , bravo!
Seems like the most wholesome video you've made - love the banter love the vibe, hope you come back one day - theyll prolly treat you like family!
Beard always enjoys the places where the people come and chat with him
I always love it when the restaurant staff are cool. The guys were so sweet and I love their accents
Those places are the bests. Seeing the regular clients and the owners (I guess) that gives warm welcomes and does great food is always fun. Hoping their restaurant keep striving.
It's the atmosphere and people of this eatery that provide so much in the way of entertainment! If I find a mom n pop shop I like, I throw em all the business I can!
I love that Adam is so humble. Humble beard.
no other way to be mate...all i do is eat food
Great job! Those sandwiches looked amazing and what a nice group of people. That’s a story they will probably tell to everyone who comes in for at least the next month.
This was one of my favourites....the guys were just great characters to watch and listen too, love it !
The only way I can process how fast he’s eating that he swallows while he’s chewing which to me is physically impossible. This man is a superhero eater.
I love this. 🤣
'inspect the beard'
'sticky jar'
'is there a dog under there?'
'I would have eaten that candle!'
These guys seemed genuinely pleased that you did it. Well done Beard. Hope Norway is fab. 😊
@@SeriousDragonify he's old, give him an exception ;d
@@SeriousDragonifyhe probably didn't even hear him
Don't forget can we get you some clam chowder for the road 😅
I love the exposure you give to such wholesome businesses.
the fact he said “you could go the store, come back and still finish it”was hilarious 😂
Definitely need a boatload of mozzarella, melted, and browned.
Something about the locals coming thru showing support is always awesome! Makes the videos amazing.
I could watch those old people all day. They have such good vibes ❤
I absolutly loved this video. Those old guys and ladies owning the restaurant. We felt like lost in the middle of the US in the countryside. Well done Adam.
This is just about as far east as you can get in the u.s and near the coast.
This is on the east coast homie. Not Nebraska lol.
@@kylem1112 that's what I said lol
@@AdventuresofaManiac Oh no not you my guy. I meant the guy who posted the comment originally.
@@AdventuresofaManiac I'm pretty sure he's from the U.K, they think Nebraska is just like New jersey lol.
Thank you for doing this video the people who own this spot are super kind and really deserve this! love that it has almost 5 million views! as a local this spot is a great little staple
You know you've watched too many BeardMeatsFood when the dish comes out and you say "Is that all?" 🤣🤣
I like that you go to those small towns. You’re gonna be a legend there forever. People will tell tales of the bearded Englishman that swallowed 40in of subs. 🎉
Nearly 1 billion total channel views! Absolutely incredible yet deserved! Well done Adam!
Love seeing you smash these challenges abroad to spite peoples prejudice when you walk in 💪🏻🇬🇧
Please don’t ever get rid of tablecam Adam lol, I find these behind the scene conversations absolutely hilarious! ‘Have you got a dog under there?’ ‘That’s not the first time I’ve been asked that’ 🤣
Sorry I haven’t been around in such a long time my friend, I lost my mum very very suddenly last January (on her birthday of all days, she sure knew how to pick the right moments did mum), 8 months later my sibling passed very suddenly aged 44, & then my Dad ended up in hospital for the best part of 6 months - thankfully on the mend now but touch & go for a while. I’m also in the process of moving, so it never rains but it pours eh. However, I’ve popped in & watched your videos when I can, I’ve just become more of a silent viewer over the last year a half just over. Been lovely to see your channel just grow, huge congrats on 1Mil, geesh I remember us all pushing for 100k! Time really has flown, hasn’t it?!
Hope you & the beautiful Mrs Beard are doing well, blessings to both of you always! Laura x
Best user name ever
If I'm ever anywhere close to this restaurant and they're open I'm stopping. Nice people who evidently serve good food. Well done Beard.
cheers mate :)
He left the cash jar with them. That was a nice touch. Respect, beardy man, you earn enough money! 😂❤
It looks that way,not proven but he is a nice enough guy that that’s a safe assumption
What great content you have been putting out for so long.
Good stuff man. Supporting small business.
Them giving free food is worth so much less than the video views themselves.
Awesome ✊🏾
