@@moshimoshi.yusuke Ah thank you! Yes even in Tokyo where there is probably the most English speaking Japanese people; I encountered many hurdles with my limited Japanese. But this does not discourage me, it adds to the fun! :P
(^ω^) I think that my videos are difficult, because it is a natural conversation between Japanese native speakers who do not speak slowly. Even if you read subtitles, if you can understand 60-70 % of our Japanese, you will eventually get 100% if you listen repeatedly.

Thanks for the comment ! Yeah, I guess it's difficult to hear the conversations. But I don't like to speak slowly intentionally. Because it's not a real conversation. Real conversations have a unique atmosphere, and you can only learn some things from them.

I was like Sayuri-san. I went to Japan without nowing much Japanese apart from こんにちは and ありがとう 😂 I learned a lot just from conversation and living there in general. I got a pretty decent level of Japanese in just 6 months. conversation is not just output, but also you get a lot of input from the person you are speaking to and you get to use that knowledge inmediatly, making for quite effective method because you don't just learn words, but how to use them. If you think about it that's how children learn ☺️

Super good! I understood about half, but this is SUCH GOOD practise. I have recently realized I need to practise my listening and speaking, but I've found that finding good listening dialouge is very hard. Just found this - so good. The only "output" I do so far is reading aloud and writing because talking to Japanese folks isn't accesible for me at the moment but anyways i'm still a beginner so I don't think it is so important to force yourself to speak at such an early stage.
well, if you ever need help you can talk to me 😊 I'm not an expert but I did live in Japan for a while and learned quite a bit. So maybe practicing with a non-native can be a good starting point :) When I learned Japanese it made it a lot easier to try to use what I just learned in normal conversation. So if you ever want to try just reply to me 😊 It also helps me since I don't live in Japan anymore, the only output I do is teaching to some friends, and they still don't want to try speaking 😂

Wow... This video helped me improve more wwwww- Well at first, I'm really good at listening on conversations because I use the context to help me understand as well, but there are words that I do not recognize and this video brightened my sense in a way that I understand some words better. Though, sometimes, like I do understand what they're saying but sometimes I would just confuse myself for no reason at all. Like, I'll try and think about the structure of communicating they use. Like basically in English they do it like, "I want to eat ramen", but when I think how is that structured in Japanese I know like sometimes it starts with, first basically, ラーメンが食べたいです(ramen ga tabetai desu), but then sometimes some sentence structure in Japanese also always start the same as like "I am Nao", "watasi ha namae Nao-desu". Then I'll just think about that and my mind blows up and I get mental blocked and I do not understand anymore at all and I lose my focus and then R.I.P.
Thanks (^ω^) Are you saying that you are confused because sometimes Japanese has a subject and sometimes it doesn't? Then the answer is simple. The reason is that Japanese usually omits the subject. But if we judge that the absence of a subject will cause misunderstanding, we Japanese will add a subject.
I'm studying Polish, Japanese, and Russian, looking for conversation videos- this is the universal signal to TH-cam that my ads should be in French and Spanish. Tres magnifique.
SUper helpful video, i speak 3 Languages and Japanese is gonna be my 4th. Also learning Korean right now. My Mothertongue is American. Primary Language is English but i live in Osaka Japan and haven't used anything englishia in about 9 months. Sometimes i call family once a week per member ish. But it charges me to make overseas call. Also if you only speak one language do no learn 2 new languages at once. It'll mess you up badly. My IQ is 140+ not a genius but it does help me be able to learn a bit quicker. Their are a lot of complexities in learning new languages. So i learned the hard way and it threw me off about 6 months. I quit Korean and stuck with Japanese for the past 4 or 5 months. Then i started strdying both Japanese and Korean at the same time, I'm only 24 but i love learning new languages. Keep at it and do not give up. Keep rehursing the language over and over or you'll forget parts of it.

This is because japanese listening, such as movies, anime, and dramas, requires reading them. It is better for you to start learning Kanji in the near future.
I've been learning Japanese for around 7 months (7げっかん にほんご を べんきょうしています。) and just recently started to focus on my listening comprehension. But what gets me, is that I understood the general idea of what they were saying (Output is = to Input) even without the sub titles.
As a Japanese, this conversation helps me how to naturally start a conversation with a girl.

Like basically in English they do it like, "I want to eat ramen", but when I think how is that structured in Japanese I know like sometimes it starts with, first basically, ラーメンが食べたいです(ramen ga tabetai desu), but then sometimes some sentence structure in Japanese also always start the same as like "I am Nao", "watasi ha namae Nao-desu". Then I'll just think about that and my mind blows up and I get mental blocked and I do not understand anymore at all and I lose my focus and then R.I.P.

Are you saying that you are confused because sometimes Japanese has a subject and sometimes it doesn't?
Then the answer is simple. The reason is that Japanese usually omits the subject.
But if we judge that the absence of a subject will cause misunderstanding, we Japanese will add a subject.

SUper helpful video, i speak 3 Languages and Japanese is gonna be my 4th. Also learning Korean right now. My Mothertongue is American. Primary Language is English but i live in Osaka Japan and haven't used anything englishia in about 9 months. Sometimes i call family once a week per member ish. But it charges me to make overseas call. Also if you only speak one language do no learn 2 new languages at once. It'll mess you up badly. My IQ is 140+ not a genius but it does help me be able to learn a bit quicker. Their are a lot of complexities in learning new languages. So i learned the hard way and it threw me off about 6 months. I quit Korean and stuck with Japanese for the past 4 or 5 months. Then i started strdying both Japanese and Korean at the same time, I'm only 24 but i love learning new languages. Keep at it and do not give up. Keep rehursing the language over and over or you'll forget parts of it.

There are no kanji in this video, but in order for you to be able to speak Japanese, it is actually essential to learn kanji. This is because japanese listening, such as movies, anime, and dramas, requires reading them.
It is better for you to start learning Kanji in the near future.

話すことが少ないと、そのチャンスが来ても失敗することがありますね。いつも思うんですが、それはスポーツに似ています。失敗しないために、場面を想定して練習することが大切だと思います。
I've been learning Japanese for around 7 months (7げっかん にほんご を べんきょうしています。) and just recently started to focus on my listening comprehension. But what gets me, is that I understood the general idea of what they were saying (Output is = to Input) even without the sub titles.
