So it's perfect for people who are not good at kanji.

単語に関しては 簡単な単語を使う意識はなかったです。ほとんど分かったのなら それはFelipeさんの日本語能力が上がってる証拠だと思いますよ。
Another absolutely amazing video! Challenging me in some ways and I’m learning a lot, but at the same time it’s giving me a huge confidence boost and motivation to continue on as I can understand most of this. しゅんさんが言うようにポジティブになるにはトレーニングが必要と思います。無意識で考えていると良くないことが起こったらネガティブになってしまうから。この動画でそれについて深く考える機会をもらいました。
僕も " 考え方をトレーニング " という考え方がなかったので とても参考になりました。いつでもポジティブは難しいけど、僕は出来るだけポジティブに考える努力をする必要がありそうです。
I feel he might have some additional tips on mindset training but I think he gave the best one 👍 Now I have gone through all of your videos. Maybe time to check out some of his videos, thanks for the introduction ゆすけさん 🥇

Yusuke-san, konnichiwa. I notice that in the video, Shun-san and you used a few English words that have been Japanised i.e. positive, negative and mindset. There must be nihongo equivalents of these terms. Is it common for these words to be used, or are they used only by the younger and not older generations?

Negative and Positive are used by all generations, so most Japanese(more than 90%?) can understand them. But some of the very elderly people may not understand them. In Japanese, which all generations understand,
Positive is 前向き(まえむき) or 楽観的(らっかんてき),
Negative is 後ろ向き(うしろむき) or 悲観的(ひかんてき) .
Mindset is not used a lot in Japan, but the younger generation or those who speak English understand it.
Some people(30%~35%?) don't understand it.
The term that all Japanese can understand is 考え方(かんがえかた).

あの人のレストランレービュは論理がありません。観光客は色々な国から日本に行きます。そこで、色々な言語を話せます。レストランの社員は全部の言語を話すのが出来ません。そのきたいが無理だと思います。私はアメリカに住んでいます。アメリカのレストランではほとんどの社員は日本語を話せないはずです。😂
そうですね。ポジティブか ネガティブか よりも、日本人に英語を期待することが間違ってるのかもしれません。
ただ 英語は世界共通語で 日本語はアジアの１つの国でしか使われていない言語というのを考えると、日本人が少しでも英語を話す努力が必要とも思います。
